Ñåëåêòèâíûé àãîíèñò îïèîèäíûõ d 1 -ðåöåïòîðîâ DPDPE (100 ìêã/êã) âûçûâàåò èììóíî-ñòèìóëÿöèþ íåçàâèñèìî îò ïñèõîýìîöèîíàëüíîãî ñîñòîÿíèÿ ìûøåé ëèíèè Ñ57BL/6J. Ó aeèâîòíûõ áåç ñîöèàëüíîãî ñòðåññà åãî âëèÿíèå îáåñïå÷èâàåòñÿ ó÷àñòèåì äîôàìèíîâûõ (ÄÀ) D 1 -è D 2 -ðåöåïòîðîâ, ïðåäâàðèòåëüíàÿ áëîêàäà êîòîðûõ, ñîîòâåòñòâåííî, SCH-23390 (1 ìã/êã) è ãàëîïåðèäîëîì (1 ìã/êã) çíà÷èòåëüíî ñíèaeàåò ýôôåêò DPDPE. Âìåñòå ñ òåì ó ìûøåé ñî ñôîðìèðîâàííûì àãðåññèâíûì èëè äåïðåññèâíî-ïîäîáíûì ïîâåäåíèåì ïðè ïðèìåíåíèè ÄÀ àíòàãîíèñòîâ âìåñòå ñ DPDPE èììóíîñòèìóëèðóþùåå äåéñòâèå îïèîèäà ñîõðàíÿåòñÿ.Êëþ÷åâûå ñëîâà: îïèîèäíûå d 1 -ðåöåïòîðû; äîôàìèíîâûå D 1 -è D 2 -ðåöåïòîðû; IgM-èì-ìóííûé îòâåò; àãðåññèâíîå è äåïðåññèâíî-ïîäîáíîå ïîâåäåíèå. ÂÂÅÄÅÍÈÅÊ íàñòîÿùåìó âðåìåíè èçâåñòíî î ôóíêöèîíàëüíîì âçàèìîäåéñòâèè ìåaeäó d-îïèîèäíîé è íåéðîìåäèàòîð-íîé äîôàìèíîâîé (ÄÀ) ñèñòåìàìè â ðåãóëÿöèè èììóí-íûõ [5,8] è ïîâåäåí÷åñêèõ [7,14] ðåàêöèé, ÷òî îáóñëîâ-ëåíî îñîáåííîñòÿìè íåéðîõèìè÷åñêîé îðãàíèçàöèè ýòèõ ñèñòåì [6]. Ðàíåå ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî èììóíîñòèìóëÿöèÿ, íà-áëþäàåìàÿ ó ìûøåé ëèíèè ÑÂÀ ñ íåèçìåíåííûì ïñèõî-ýìîöèîíàëüíûì ñîñòîÿíèåì ïðè àêòèâàöèè îïèîèäíûõ d 1 -ðåöåïòîðîâ ñåëåêòèâíûì àãîíèñòîì DPDPE, îáåñïå-÷èâàåòñÿ ÄÀ ìåõàíèçìîì ñ ïðåèìóùåñòâåííûì ó÷àñòèåì ðåöåïòîðîâ D 1 -òèïà [5]. Îäíàêî äàííûå î ðîëè ÄÀ ñèñòå-ìû è åå ðåöåïòîðîâ â èììóííîì ïðîöåññå ïîä âëèÿíèåì DPDPE ó aeèâîòíûõ ñ ðàçëè÷íûì ïñèõîýìîöèîíàëüíûì ñîñòîÿíèåì îòñóòñòâóþò. Âìåñòå ñ òåì ñîáñòâåííûå èññëå-äîâàíèÿ ñâèäåòåëüñòâóþò îá ó÷àñòèè â ýòèõ óñëîâèÿõ ÄÀ è îïèîèäíûõ d-ðåöåïòîðîâ â íåéðîèììóíîìîäóëÿöèè [11].Öåëü ðàáîòû -àíàëèç âêëàäà D 1 -è D 2 -ðåöåïòîðîâ â äåéñòâèå DPDPE íà èììóííûé îòâåò ó ìûøåé ëèíèè Ñ57BL/6J â íîðìå è ïðè ïñèõîýìîöèîíàëüíîì íàïðÿaeå-íèè (ôîðìèðîâàíèå àãðåññèâíîãî è äåïðåññèâíî-ïîäîá-íîãî ïîâåäåíèÿ). ÌÅÒÎÄÛ ÈÑÑËÅÄÎÂÀÍÈßÈññëåäîâàíèå ïðîâåäåíî íà 88 âçðîñëûõ ìûøàõ-ñàì-öàõ ëèíèè Ñ57BL/6J ìàññîé 22 -24 ã.  îïûòíûõ ñåðèÿõ áûëî ïî 8 -10 ìûøåé, êîòîðûõ ñîäåðaeàëè â ñòàíäàðò-íûõ óñëîâèÿõ âèâàðèÿ ÔÃÁÓ "ÍÈÈ ÔÔÌ" ÑÎ ÐÀÌÍ. Ýêñïåðèìåíòû ïðîâåäåíû ñ ñîáëþäåíèåì ïðèíöèïîâ ãó-ìàííîñòè, èçëîaeåííûõ â äèðåêòèâàõ Åâðîïåéñêîãî ñîîá-ùåñòâà (86/609/ÅÑ) è îäîáðåííûõ Êîìèòåòîì ïî áèîìå-äèöèíñêîé ýòèêå ÔÃÁÓ ÍÈÈ ÔÔÌ ÑÎ ÐÀÌÍ.Ýêñïåðèìåíòàëüíîå ìîäåëèðîâàíèå àãðåññèâíîãî è äåïðåññèâíî-ïîäîáíîãî ïîâåäåíèÿ ìûøåé (ñîîòâåòñò-âåííî, ïîâòîðíûé îïûò ñîöèàëüíûõ ïîáåä è ïîðàaeåíèé â òå÷åíèå 10 äíåé) îñóùåñòâëÿëè ìåòîäîì ñåíñîðíîãî êîí-òàêòà [4]. Ìûøè, èíäèâèäóàëüíî ðàññàaeåííûå â êëåòêè íà 5 äíåé äëÿ ñíÿòèÿ ãðóïïîâîãî âëèÿíèÿ è èñêëþ÷åíèÿ àãîíèñòè÷åñêîãî âçàèìîäåéñòâèÿ, ñîñòàâëÿëè ãðóïïó aeè-âîòíûõ ñ íåèçìåíåííûì ïñèõîýìîöèîíàëüíûì ñîñòîÿíèåì.Cåëåêòèâíûé àãîíèñò îïèîèäíûõ d 1 -ðåöåïòîðîâ DPDPE [D-Pen 2,5]-enkephalin (Sigma, Ãåðìàíèÿ) ââîäèëè ìûøàì çà 30 ìèí äî ââåäåíèÿ àíòèãåíà. Àíòàãîíèñòû äî-ôàìèíîâûõ ðåöåïòîðîâ R-(+)-SCH-23390 (Sigma, Ãåðìà-íèÿ) è ãàëîïåðèäîë (Ãåäåîí Ðèõòåð À. Î., Âåíãðèÿ), ïðå-èìóùåñòâåííî âëèÿþùèå íà D 1 -è D 2 -òèï ðåöåïòîðîâ, ñî-îòâåòñòâåííî, ïðèìåíÿëè çà 35 -40 ìèí äî èììóíèçàöèè è çà 5 -10 ìèí äî ââåäåíèÿ DPDPE.
