Метою даної роботи була оптимізація процедури одночасного визначення концентрацій лактату та пірувату в сироватці крові людини з використанням біосенсорної системи. Система складалась з двох амперометричних біосенсорів на основі піруватоксидази та лактатоксидази відповідно, що підключались до однієї вимірювальної схеми та одночасно працювали в єдиній вимірювальній комірці. В роботі було перевірено залежність відгуків біосенсорної системи від ступеня розведення сироватки крові в робочій комірці. Досліджено відтворюваність відгуків і зміну калібрувальних кривих біосенсорної системи при роботи з сироваткою крові. Визначено концентрації лактату, пірувату та їх співвідношення в зразках сироватки крові і показана висока кореляція отриманих результатів з даними контрольного методу. Доведено, що запропонована біосенсорна система придатна для швидкого визначення лактату, пірувату та їх співвідношення і може бути використана при медичній діагностиці відповідних захворювань.
Анотація. Метою даної роботи була перевірка можливості створення масиву ферментних біосенсорів для одночасного визначення шістьох речовин у водних розчинах. Ферменти, селективні до глутамату, глюкози, холіну, ацетилхоліну, лактату та пірувату, були іммобілізовані на поверхнях амперометричних перетворювачів. Досліджено вплив рН, іонної сили та буферної ємності розчину на відгуки біосенсорів; оптимізовано умови одночасної роботи всіх біоселективних елементів. Отримано дані про відсутність перехресного впливу субстратів всіх використаних ферментативних систем; показана висока селективність біосенсорів і відсутність впливу інтерферуючих речовин на їх роботу.
