Победы, 37, Киев, Украина, 03056 В статті розроблено підхід до оцінки ефективності розчинів поверхнево-активних речовин як змочувачів полімерних субстратів на основі моделі міжфазної взаємодії Оуенса-Вендта. Визначено компоненти енергії поверхні ряду полімерних субстратів, а також компоненти поверхневого натягу водних розчинів (ПАР). Показано, що розчини цих речовин характеризуються суттєвим зниженням полярної компоненти поверхневого натягу при збіьшенні дисперсійної у порівнянні з водою Ключові слова: метод Оуенса-Вендта, поверхнева енергія, поверхнево-активні речовини, полімери, змочування, кут змочування В статье разработан подход к оценке эффективности растворов поверхностно-активных веществ как смачивателей полимерных субстратов на основе модели межфазного взаимодействия Оуэнса-Вендта. Определены компоненты энергии поверхности ряда полимерных субстратов, а также компоненты поверхностного натяжения водных растворов поверхностно-активных веществ (ПАВ). В работе рассмотрены особенности реологического поведения водных суспензий отечественных каолинов разных месторождений, в присутствии поверхностно-активнхых веществ анионного и неоногенного типов. Опеределено, что прочность коагуляционной структуры при введении поверхностно-активных веществ уменьшается, причем более существенно для каолина с более развитой поверхностью.
