углекислого газа (CO 2) в атмосфере, а также загрязнение водных объектов тяжелыми металлами являются экологическими проблемами, связанными с многочисленными воздействиями на экосистемы. Выращивание фотосинтетических микроорганизмов, эффективно поглощающих CO 2 , представляется перспективным решением, так как биомасса цианобакетрий может быть использована для получения ценных биопродуктов. Интерес к влиянию высоких концентраций СО 2 на активность цианобактерий растет в связи с исследованиями очистки атмосферы от промышленных загрязнений с помощью цианобактерий как биофильтров, благодаря их способности к интенсивному росту в условиях повышенного содержания СО 2 в атмосфере. Цианобактерии являются удобным объектом для исследований благодаря высокой скорости роста и управляемости их биосинтеза. В данной статье представлены результаты влияния различных концентраций углекислого газа на продуктивность штаммов цианобактерий. Устойчивость к ингибирующим концентрациям СО 2 является видоспецифичной и изменяется в широком диапазоне значений. Изучено влияние углекислого газа в концентрации 2%, 4% и 8% на скорость роста цианобактерий, а также проведена сравнительная оценка воздействия повышенных концентрации углекислого газа на прирост биомассы по показаниям оптической плотности и флуоресцентной активности. Определено, что концентрации углекислого газа 2-4 % оказывают положительное влияние на продуктивность исследуемых культур цианобактерий. Установлено, что повышение концентрации CO 2 до 8 % ведет к снижению показателей роста цианобактерий. Было установлено, что штамм Cyanobacterium sp. IPPAS B-1200 был отобран как наиболее продуктивный штамм из изученных цианобактерий по выходу сухой биомассы, флуоресцентной активности и характеризуется активным ростом при концентрации CO 2 в воздухе-4%.
