<em>This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of the application of the game magic box on the language development of children aged 5-6 years; 2) the effect of the quiz / question and answer method on language development of children aged 5-6 years; 3) differences in the application of the game magic box with question and answer method for language development of children aged 5-6 years at RA Al-Fajar Medan Denai. The method used is quantitative research, the type of research is quasi experimental design using post-test design control group design (non equivalent control group design). The population is 26, namely 13 children of class B1 (experimental class) and 13 children of class B2 (control class). The results of this study are 1) The influence of the application of the game magic box on language development of children aged 5-6 years, seen from the calculated value = 10.2700> table = 2.064; 2) The influence of the question and answer method on the development the language of children aged 5-6 years, seen from the calculated value = 8.6782> table = 2.064; 3) There are differences in the influence of the application of the magic box (mystery box) with the quiz / question and answer method on the language development of children aged 5-6 years in RA Al-Fajar Medan Denai, seen from the calculated value = 2.7458 and table = 2.064.</em>
This study aims to analyze the factors of difficulty in learning Arabic in class VIII students at the Al-Ikhwan Foundation in Kotapinang, North Sumatra, in the 2021/2022 academic year. The approach in this study uses a qualitative type with a descriptive analytical study method. The research was carried out in the second (even) semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, as of April to May 2022. The subjects of this research were the class VIII students of the Al-Ikhwan Kotapinang Foundation, totaling 27 students. The object of research is related to the factors of difficulty in learning Arabic experienced by students. Data was collected through interview, observation, and document studies. The results of this study indicate that almost all of the eighth grade students of the Al-Ikhwan Foundation in Kotapinang have difficulties in learning Arabic, this is motivated by internal and external factors. The internal factors include interest in learning Arabic, lack of concentration in student learning when the teacher delivers teaching materials, and intelligence (students' skills in receiving lessons). While external factors include general elementary school graduates and children's learning environment at home that is less supportive.
Perencanaan adalah tahapan awal dalam implementasi fungsi manajemen pada suatu instansi/organisasi, termasuk lembaga pendidikan. Fungsi perencanaan sangat menentukan pencapaian target dan tahap awal pengukuran capaian. Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman umat Islam, di dalamnya mengajarkan tentang bagaimana konsep utuh suatu perencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa konsep planning ditinjau dalam ayat al-Qur’an. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu studi deskriptif analitis, melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan telaah ayat al-Qur’an. Selanjutnya, dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil analisa diuji keabsahannya melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di dalam fungsi manajemen Islam, peran perencanaan sangat penting. Sebab, perencanaan merupakan langkah awal atau strategi yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Berbagai konsep perencanaan dijelaskan di dalam Al-qur’an, sehingga menjadi pedoman umat manusia untuk melakukan sebuah perencanaan dalam upaya mencapai target atau tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Setidaknya ada 3 (tiga) ayat yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, yaitu QS. Al-Hasyr: 18, QS. Al-Anfal: 60, serta QS. Al-Insyirah: 7.
<em>Moral is the values and norms that become a guideline for children or someone in regulating their behavior. Therefore, moral is very important to developed in early childhood. One way to develop morals is applied in RA An-Najwan is a habitual method to educating children to thinking, behaving and act according to the teachings of Islam. Thus, this study was conducted to determine the development of religious morals, the application of habituation methods, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study is a qualitative type using observation, interview, and documentation techniques to obtain data. The subjects in this study were the principal, teacher, and children’s group B aged. The results show that: (1) religion moral development of early childhood group B in RA An Najwan is good categorized, seen from the ability of children who are able to implement religious moral values such as: greeting, independence, responsibility, patience in waiting, enthusiastic worship, want to share; (2) supporting factors are the ability of teachers and community enthusiasm to the school, while the inhibiting factor is parents who prefer their children to be academically smart and there are still children who are always helped by parents.</em>
