In this paper the relationship among power consumption and linearity performance of CMOS OTA for RF applications are studied, that are illustrated in different literatures. Comparison among the OTA are done in terms their linearity, technology, supply voltage, power consumption, current consumption, open loop dc gain and unity gain frequency. This paper helps the future researchers to design better OTA in terms of linearity, low power consumption and high frequency of operation.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
