In order to solve the digitalized management problem of aero-engine in the whole lifecycle, a framework of aero-engine AMRO supporting system is put forward. Management of assembly, maintenance, repair and overhaul are involved. Modeling and integration of aero-engine status data, assembly process management, on-spot operation guide, online education support, integration and synchronization of data and fault diagnosis support are regarded as key enabling technologies and studied deeply. Correspondent solutions are given respectively. The assembly digitalization sub-system and the IETM sub-system are developed to validate the proposed system. And close-loop controlling of single aero-engine information is achieved, and the study provides technology support for improving level of aero-engine status digitalized management.
In order to servitize manufacturing enterprises and meet the need of product service system, approaches to servitization are studied. Design for service method, manufacturing for service mode, and product-based service are regarded as key problems and discussed in detail respectively. Concept and evaluation standards of product service relationship are also discussed. And some significant topics for future studies are put forward.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
