In view of existing situation of Green Supply Chain (GSC) and the control issues of coordinate management with large scale systems for GSC, the control channels of large scale systems for coordinate development of GSC are discussed by applying the theory and method of large scale systems based on large system cybernetics. The theoretical basis and available means for the scientific design and effective application of GSC management are provided by establishing relevant mathematical models. It is a vital technology for promoting GSC management.
In this thesis, the basic principles and control rules of close precision winding and selecting method of winding parameters are discussed on the basis of analyzing and researching the step precision winding. And then the design of computer control system applying Programmable Computer Controller (hereafter PCC) technology to realize the close precision winding for high speed winding machine of synthetic filament is introduced. The results testing the performance of real setup show that the control deviation is accurate to within 0.2% and the rate of variation in winding speed is lower than 3%. It is an ideal means for mechatronics and information system to realize control system from simple logical control to complicate distributed control in synthetic filament production.
