In order to study the precipitation behaviour of phosphorus-containing precipitates in the rolling and cooling process of phosphorus-containing high-strength interstitial free steels, and to solve the problem of the tensile-straightening broken belt in the actual production process, the GLEEBLE-3500 thermal simulator was used to simulate the rough rolling, finishing and laminar cooling processes, in which different cooling speeds were used to simulate the laminar cooling process, and the transmission electron microscope was used to study the microstructure of steel and the precipitation behaviour of phosphorus. Studies have shown that as the cooling rate increases, the size and quantity of phosphorus-containing precipitates at the grain boundaries gradually decrease, and the content of phosphorus in the precipitates decreases significantly.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
