Semua perusahaan ritel, termasuk Swalayan Dutalia, dituntut untuk mengambil keputusan secara tepat dalam strategi pemasaran dengan melihat kondisi pasar. Namun, pihak swalayan kerap kali mengalami kesulitan dalam memprediksi angka penjualan produk, terlebih lagi pihak swalayan belum memiliki teknik khusus guna melakukan prediksi angka penjualan barang di masa depan. Hal ini menyebabkan pihak swalayan tidak mampu menentukan stok minimum barang yang dijual.
Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang bangun sebuah sistem yang menerapkan algoritma C4.5 untuk mengolah data dalam jumlah besar untuk menemukan pola penjualan barang. Berdasarkan decision tree yang terbentuk, akan dilakukan prediksi terhadap kumpulan data penjualan barang baru. Sehingga, pihak Swalayan Dutalia dapat menentukan stok minimum barang. Atribut yang digunakan berjumlah enam buah, yaitu jenis barang, harga, jumlah jual, waktu jual, momen jual, dan status penjualan sebagai atribut target. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap data training dan data hasil prediksi pada aplikasi RapidMiner Studio Version 9.7, akurasi perhitungan yang dihasilkan mencapai 100% sehingga sistem yang dirancang bangun dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi penjualan barang di masa depan.
Managing letters related to residence in Babau Village usually takes a long time. Residents must meet directly with the head of the RT/RW in the domicile area to obtain a cover letter, then they can go to the Kelurahan office to arrange the intended documents. The problem that then arises is if the community cannot meet the RT/RW leader because of busy life. Likewise if it arrives at the Kelurahan office, it turns out that the Lurah is not there. This will certainly hinder the management process. In addition to the above problems, another problem that can also arise is the RT/RW cover letter that has the potential to be falsified.These problems can be solved by building a Digital Village platform where the community does not need to meet directly with the RT/RW but can use the existing platform to manage the required documents. The proposal letter that goes to RT/RW can be directly approved and forwarded to the Village Head to be approved and ready to be printed. Everything is done without the need for paperless paperwork.
Time-Frequency Analysis on Gong Timor Music has an important role in the application of signal-processing music such as tone tracking and music transcription or music signal notation. Some of Gong characters is heard by different ways of forcing Gong himself, such as how to play Gong based on the Player’s senses, a set of Gong, and by changing the tempo of Gong instruments. Gong's musical signals have more complex analytical criteria than Western music instrument analysis. This research uses a Gong instrument and two notations; frequency analysis of Gong music frequency compared by the Short-time Fourier Transform (STFT), Overlap Short-time Fourier Transform (OSTFT), and Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) method. In the STFT and OSTFT methods, time-frequency analysis Gong music is used with different windows and hop size while CWT method uses Morlet wavelet. The results show that the CWT is better than the STFT methods.
