The paper examined whether the Food Security and Vulnerability Atlas (FSVA) could be used to indicate the actual incident happen on poverty and childhood malnutrition in certain areas. It would be usefull for the policy maker to target programs consistent with the National SDG target guided by the FSVA. The quantitative analysis was carried out using correlation analysis between 2 predetermined variables, namely: scores and the rank of food security of cities/regencies in Banten Province against 5 exante variables, namely: food crop production, number/percentage of poor people, the nutritional status of underweight children and stunting. The study showed that the policy makers can anticipate the possibility poverty pocket, underweight and stunting problems on children under five before it actually occurs using FSVA. The results showed that a city/district with highest priority (ranking) on the FSVA most likely to be the locations with high poverty rate, malnourish and stunting children, and also low ability to produce food. Based on the Banten Province FSVA, the regions that need special attention is Kota Serang (Priority 4), relatively to other cities/districts (Priority 5-6).

The research activities were carried out for three months (April to June 2019). Data analysis with. The inferencing statistics used are SEM using LISREL 8.73 (Linear Structural Relationships). The results showed that the factors that influence the participation of female farmers in supporting family food security are access to resources, physical and socio-economic support and extension support. This study was aimed to determine the nutrient quality of paddy ratoon (Oryza sativa) at various cutting ages. The design used was completely randomize design with factorial design. The first factor is the cutting height with a cutting height of 10 cm, 20 cm. The second factor is cutting ages which is 14 days cutting ages, 21 days cutting ages and 28 days cutting ages and 35 days cutting ages. The result showed that cutting age of paddy ratoon as forages that produce optimal nutrient quality is at the age 14 days after cutting, with 10.34% crude protein and 28.45% crude fiber and 1.15% crude fat. Height cutting of paddy ratoon is not significantly affected nutrient quality
Some of the horticultural commodities that have been assigned to be excellent commodities in the period 2015-2019 are various chili, shallot, and orange. Shallot are strategic commodities in Indonesia as well as commodities with high price fluctuations compared to other horticultural commodities. The aims of this study are to analyze factors influencing price risk of shallot in Indonesia and to a analyze strategy regarding to price risk of shallot in Indonesia. Processing and data analysis is conducted by using regression, ARCH GARCH and VAR model. Based on regression model, Price of shallot is influenced by supply. The results of the analysis concluded that the Best ARCH GARCH model for shallot price risk is ARCH (1) GARCH (1). It means that price risk of shallot is influence by volatility of previous day and variance of previous day. Efforts to overcome price volatility of shallot can be done through an integrated effort between farmers, government traders and other parties. Cooperation undertaken between the various parties should be accompanied by consistency and strong commitment such as continuous coaching and good supervision. This is done so that in an effort to achieve the expected results can be more efficient.
