Educational inclusion is one of education placing all of disability learners into regular class. This research aims to explore the implementation of educational inclusion of Junior High School level in Central Java province today and arranging the most effective model for this advantaging of education inclusion for disability learners of Junior High School level in Central Java province. This research uses qualitative method. The result is analyzed by qualitative analysis technique. This result shows that the implementation of educational inclusion of Junior High School level in Central Java hasn't maximally, it because of various things, such as many district/ city haven't implement district head regulation as the basic law of implementation of educational inclusion, in order many supporting components haven't complied, such as curriculum for this learners, facility and infrastructure, the human resource supporting, etc. The development of educational inclusion of Junior High School level in Central Java is implemented by comply a lot of requirements of the implementation of organizing educational inclusion such as mentioning on regulation of Minister of National Education Number 70 in 2009 about educational inclusion, for example: there is a district head regulation as basic law, facility and infrastructure fulfilled, knowledge and teacher skill and so on. The conclusion states that the educational inclusion should be comply all of supporting factors so that the implementation is not only suitable with expectation, but also needing a commitment from all of parties.
The main problem in the management of the floodplain of Lake Tempe is the weak involvement of affected communities in disaster management. The purpose of this research is to comprehensively analyze and map stakeholders in managing floodplain. The penta helix concept is used in stakeholder mapping. This research applied mixed methods, qualitative and quantitative. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews with various parties who understand the problem of research and direct observation "pre", "whilst", and "post" a disaster occured. Affected communities are found to be an important part of the disaster management stage. Affected communities, who have been the object of disaster, should be the subject of disaster management. The recommendation for the results of this research is that the concept of five stakeholders in penta helix was not sufficient in disaster management. Affected communities deserve to be placed as one of the stakeholders, in addition to the government, business world, universities, NGOs, mass media. Implementation of bureaucratic reform agenda in a government agency is determined by the culture of the organization and human resources of the institution. This study aimed to discover how organizational cultural relations, motivation, job satisfaction, and performance of the bureaucracy reform internally perceived by the employees at the Ministry of PANRB. This study used a qualitative approach. One of the sources of data is surveys conducted by the Ministry of PANRB. The results showed that employee satisfaction on the implementation of bureaucratic reform internally at the Ministry of PANRB satisfied enough (with values 66.93), high employee motivation (with values 68.91), while employee satisfaction on the implementation of internal bureaucratic reform is high also (with values 68.51). These results can be used for the implementation of the next survey, and as research material in the field of public administration or other similar science.
The problems of forest and land fires continue to overshadow in Riau Province and Pelalawan District including the contributors of fire spots of forest and land fires. The handling and control of forest and land fires run during this time tend to be incidental and focus on the aspect of fire suppression only. The extinguishing and controlling of forest and land fires fire has been undertaken by several agencies in the local government organization of Pelalawan District. While the relationship between the agencies is more information share and informational relationship and the deployment of resource assistance is limited to the capacity of each organization during the occurrence of forest and land fires only, not led to a collaborative multi-disciplinary working approach (inter-organizational collaborative network) in the area of local government. This research aims to Described the management situation of forest and land fires that took place in Pelalawan District, conducting analysis and academic studies on the practice of Network Inter-Organization by controlling forest and land fires (Karhutla) in Pelalawan District, and formulating model Inter-organizational network-based organizations that can be applied to regional government of Pelalawan District in every bureaucracy organizations. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with reference to literature studies and interview reluct collection by (Agranoff i McGuire, 2003).
Indonesia has experienced changes in various aspects due to the increasingly complex dynamics of the times. One of the triggers is related to the issue of the demographic bonus that is being experienced. The population of productive age is greater than that of non-productive age that the population growth will also increase. It is a problem because the increase in population is not matched by additional land. The government already has a population control program, as stipulated in the Family Planning Program (KB). In order to accelerate the population control mechanism, the government launched the Kampung KB program to reach out to the community more effectively. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. This study aimed to describe and analyse the risks and challenges to the Population Control Program environment in Central Java Province using SWOT. The result obtained that the high population with productive age can increase the population growth rate because Central Java Province is experiencing a demographic bonus.
