The performance of high-speed train auxiliary power supply system is divided into several hierarchies by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the performance of auxiliary power supply system is summarized as reliability, economy, comfort and environmental friendliness, the authors make them as criterions, then the criterions are further divided into specific indicators. By constructing the judgment matrix, we can calculate weight of the criterions and each specific indicator. In a further step, calculating the score for the comprehensive performance of auxiliary power supply system by using expert grade method, we can evaluate its comprehensive performance and get more optimized solutions.
