Whether the traditional water equipment is equipped with remote transmission unit depends on whether the power consumption of the installed equipment can meet the expected life cycle. In the paper, by using intelligent strategies to save the power consumption of sending data, more sites can be selected to install remote transmitting units. In the process of transmitting data packet sequence, the remote transmission device needs to perceive the environment, interact with the environment and make decisions, and adjust the strategy according to the effect of the decision actions. Therefore, in this paper, the transmission process is modeled as Markov sequence decision model. And the real time signal interference noise ratio of the channel and the transmission delay of the data packet are defined as the state space. The decision action space consists of immediate transmission and delayed one, and the minimum total power consumption is taken as the objective function. The model is solved by Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithm, and the optimal decision sequence of site selection threshold is obtained.

With the advancement of economic globalization and the rapid development of the information industry, competition in technical standards is becoming a new form of market competition. At present, China is still in a developing country, and there is still a certain gap between China and the developed countries, and its level of technical standards laggard. This paper analyzes the manifestation of national interests in the dynamic game model, and it establishes a dynamic game model. It analyzes the national interests under different strategies, and analyzes the results of the game by decoding this model. It has concluded that the level of result of the competitive game of bullet train technology on non-equilibrum level lies on the quantification of intellectual property rights, and the size of the risk that each country needs to adopt for different strategies.
Abstract. The research field exists the phenomenon of rent-seeking widely, through the establishment of the three party model, analysis under different conditions of scientific research project application and research project approval returns, pointed out that the change of both sides' rent-seeking strategies under different conditions. The game analysis of this paper is to establish the two sides of the game is only based on bounded rationality, avoid most scholars analyzed the game when the game of both sides has required harsh conditions of complete rationality, game analysis and conclusion are more general. In this paper, based on the analysis of evolutionary game theory, the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on reducing rent seeking behavior.
