Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis subak yang sarat dengan nilai tradisional, tetapi menerima ide modern, dan (2) menganalisis implementasinya di lapang, bahwa subak memadukan nilai tradisional dan modern dalam membudidayakan tanaman pangan di sawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut. (1) Subak sarat dengan nilai tradisional, tetapi menerima nilai modern. Hal ini terjadi karena subak bersifat luwes atau supel dan dinamik dalam mengadopsi nilai-nilai modern. (2) Subak memadukan nilai tradisional dan modern tampak pada penerapan Nangluk Merana (nilai tradisional) dan penerapan Pengelolaan Hama Terpadu (nilai modern) dalam pengendalian hama terpadu pada budidaya tanaman padi sawah.
Latar Belakang : Pelayanan kesehatan maupun keperawatan di rumah sakit merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan dalam pelayanan kepada pasien dan merupakan faktor penentu kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien. Perawat bertanggung jawab terhadap pasien secara holistik. Survey pelaksanaan Asuhan keperawatan pada pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan kurang sesuai dengan pelaksanaan tindakan, dan survey tentang kepuasan kerja perawat ada 16,25 % mengatakan tidak puas.Motode: Survey, cross sectional, populasi perawat pelaksana, sampel 73 orang, DIII keperawatan, pengumpulan data dengan Angket, dokumentasi dan observasi, analisa data dengan regressi logistic. Hasilnya : Motivasi koefsien wald 4,811 signifkansi 0,028 dan Disiplin koefsien wald 4,537 signifkansi 0,033 sehingga terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan disiplin dengan kinerja perawat, Simpulan : Motivasi dan Disiplin berpengaruh secara signifkan dengan kinerja perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan. Kata kunci: Motivasi - disiplin - kinerja.
Farmers Knowledge Level in the Use of Organic Fertilizer and Its Applicationin Rice Cultivation (Case in Subak Penarungan, Sub-District of Mengwi,Badung Regency) Public attention to the issue of agriculture and the environment in recent years haveincreased as a result of a big negative impact on the environment, compared with itspositive impact on increasing the productivity of agricultural crops. This encouragesseveral regions to hold organic farming. Organic farming is a natural farming whichin practice trying to avoid the use of chemicals and fertilizers that are poisoning theenvironment with the aim to obtain a healthy environmental condition.This studyaims to determine (1) the level of farmers' knowledge on organic fertilizer; and (3)the application of organic fertilizers by the farmers in the cultivation of lowland rice.The research was conducted at the Subak of Penarungan, Mengwi Sub-District ofBadung Regency. The choice of research location was conducted by purposivesampling. The population of the research was the active members of Subak ofPenarungan totaling of 167 people. The sample size was determined by using theformula of Slovin, so that the number of respondents was 63 people.This researchuse method analysaize descriptive qualitative. The results showed that farmers'knowledge about organic fertilizers can be categorized in the high category withachieving a score of 3.41. However, the application of organic fertilizer by thefarmers is classified in the medium category by achieving a score of 3.05. Based onthe results of this study can be suggested farmers as actors should be more activedoing weeding and want to optimize the use of organic fertilizer as recommended bythe extension. Because the use of sustainable organic fertilizer for the future will givea big influence in soil fertility, quality and not damage the environment.
Thesis Title "Knowledge and Application of Tri Hita Karana in Subak to Support Sustainable Horticulture Food Agriculture (The Case of Subak Mungkagan, Sembung Village, Mengwi, Badung Regency)"Bali historically owns traditions, culture and religious commitment of its own in the form of an organization called Subak. All Subaks in Bali apply the concept of Tri Hita Karana one of them being Subak Mungkagan. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of knowledge, and the farmers’ application of Tri Hita Karana in Subak Mungkagan to support sustainable crop farming, in the village of Sembung, Mengwi, Badung regency. Subak Mungkagan population numbered 161 people. The determination of samples used quota sampling and random sampling. The respondents taken amounted to 32 people. The results showed that the farmers’ knowledge of Tri Hita Karana in Subak Mungkagan to support sustainable horticulture agriculture, village Sembung, Mengwi, Badung belonged to the excellent category by achieving a score of 4.28. The level of implementation of the Tri Hita Karana by farmers in Subak Mungkagan to support sustainable food crops, also belonged to the excellent category by achieving a score of 4.17. Based on the research it can be suggested the existence of sanctuaries and their use has been complete, what needs to be considered is the cleanliness after praying in the temple area. Extension in Subak Mungkagan is only done twice a year, it should have been done five times a year, so that knowledge and application of Tri Hita Karana aspects Palemahan in particular in Mungkagan Subak is related to the relationship of Subak members with the surrounding environment.
The Behavior of Farmers toward Animal Feed Processing Technology of Rice Straw Fermentation (A Case at Simantri 222 of Farmers’ Group of Sriasih in Pohsanten Village, SubDistrict of Mendoyo, Regency of Jembrana.)By the development of the agricultural sector in the Province of Bali, the Bali Provincial Government has implemented an integrated agriculture system, better known as Simantri whose aim is to support the development of farming in an integrated manner to the local potentials by increasing incomes as one of the supporting government programs to reduce poverty, integrating farming crops and cattle, and initiating the development of integrated sustainable agriculture in order to increase revenue. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of farmers’ behavior in Simantri 222 towards the development of fermented animal feed processing technology. The scope of this research was the study of the behavior (knowledge, attitudes, skills) of farmers toward the fermented feed processing technologies implemented by the members of Simantri 222 of farmers’ group of Sriasih of Pohsanten Village, Mendoyo Sub-District of Jembrana Regency. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the behavior of members of Simantri on the fermented animal feed processing technologies found at Simantri 222 was classified as good category, with the score of knowledge of 3.93, while the score of attitude of 3.97 and the score of application of 4.16. Of the three components of behaviors (knowledge, attitude, and skills), it can be concluded that the behavior of farmers was classified as good category, by score of 4.02. For improving the behavior of members Simantri 222 of fermented animal feed processing, to be very well expected that extension can provide re-training in order for members to better understand the technology Simantri given.
