RESUMO: O presente artigo teve como objetivo analisar, de forma conceitual e crítica, o direito de visita íntima para adolescentes em conflito com a Lei, em sistema de internação, o qual foi instituído pelo Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo (SINASE), no ano de 2012. Tal direito traz à tona questões que abarcam as dimensões jurídica, psicológica e social, vinculadas à sexualidade multifária dos adolescentes, numa perspectiva intersecional do desenvolvimento. A questão foi investigada levantando as lacunas normativas na disposição do reconhecimento da união estável para aquisição do direito de visita íntima de adolescentes cumprindo medidas socioeducativas, bem como as incongruências entre a legislação penal e a civil. As reflexões desenvolvidas enfocaram a possibilidade de se garantir a visita íntima frente à institucionalização, superlotação do sistema de internação e condições precárias do sistema penitenciário, para efetivar o que determina a lei no que se refere à visita íntima dos adolescentes infratores.ABSTRACT: This article aims to analyze, from a conceptual and critical way, the right to conjugal visit for adolescent in conflict with the law, in the custody system, which was instituted by the National System of social-educative Service (SINASE) in 2012. A conjuntura de crianças e adolescentes em situação de rua é vista como uma flagrante violação dos direitos sociais, relacionados ao direito à vida, envolvendo direitos civis e políticos. Apesar de ser direcionada ao Estado a elaboração de ações sistematizadas que integram as Políticas Públicas para essa população, existe um grande desafio em conectar as linhas de ação, criando projetos multifacetados de intervenções estatais. Neste trabalho, destacamos o curso histórico-normativo das políticas públicas desde 2003, revendo as normas vinculadas às políticas públicas para crianças e adolescentes em situação de rua. O foco foi os programas e as propostas federais, que metodologicamente foram classificados em cinco dimensões: econômica, educacional, sociofamiliar, integridade física e pessoal. Os resultados mostraram que, nos últimos anos, houve progresso na criação de um sistema normativo voltado para a população em extrema pobreza, no entanto o problema maior ainda se concentra na dificuldade de articulação entre as diversas demandas que emergem na realidade das ruas. Além disso, não há lei com conteúdo normativo explícito e sistêmico a qual envolva todas as dimensões e necessidades específicas, estudadas neste trabalho, para crianças e adolescentes em situação de rua.
Este artigo objetiva analisar a experiência dos acadêmicos de Direito, no processo de construção da cidadania em ambiente escolar, a partir de atividade de extensão universitária. Como referência teórica, utilizaram-se o pensamento de Paulo Freire e as contribuições da teoria socioconstrutivista às técnicas de assimilação e desenvolvimento da aprendizagem. Associando a pesquisa, o ensino e a extensão e baseando-se no método de pesquisa-ação, fez-se uma análise descritivo-analítica da experiência perante uma escola do município de João Pessoa, Estado da Paraíba - Brasil, entre os anos de 2011 e 2012. Como resultado, as ações proporcionaram diálogos acerca de conhecimentos jurídicos com vistas a prevenir a criminalidade juvenil, contribuindo, assim, para a trajetória em direção ao alcance da cidadania na escola.

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar aspectos jurídicos e fatores psicológicos das provas pessoais apresentadas em processo penal, através de depoimentos das crianças e dos adolescentes quando vítimas de abuso sexual. O abuso sexual, na maioria dos casos, não deixa provas materiais e declaração da vítima é primordial para o desfecho processual. Por isso o judiciário brasileiro precisa buscar formas alternativas para inquirir crianças e adolescentes
