A produção de biodiesel tem ganhado destaque por ser uma alternativa ao combustível fóssil, sendo a principal forma de produção através da transesterificação que envolve a produção de combustível a partir de triglicerídeos e álcool utilizando enzimas lipase como catalisador. No presente trabalho, foram estimados os parâmetros cinéticos envolvidos nas reações de transesterificação para a produção de biodiesel escolhidos mediante uma prévia análise de sensibilidade. Os parâmetros foram determinados utilizando o software Wolfram Mathematica através de um ajuste não linear, pelo método de Levenberg-Marquardt. A partir dos resultados obtidos foi verificado a qualidade do ajuste através da conversão de triglicerídeos em biodiesel ao compará-la com dados experimentais de trabalhos disponíveis na literatura, verificando que as estimativas dos parâmetros obtidas são capazes de recuperar os valores da variável de estado conversão de forma satisfatória para o modelo estudado.
