A pesquisa objetivou analisar a produção científica brasileira nos últimos cinco anos acerca da assistência de enfermagem prestada aos idosos portadores de HIV (Vírus da Imunodeficiência Humana) /AIDS (Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida). Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada nas bases de dados: MEDLINE, LILACS e BDENF. Os descritores utilizados foram “Idoso”, “Síndrome de Imunodeficiência Adquirida”, “HIV”, “Cuidados de Enfermagem”, “Enfermagem geriátrica” por meio dos operadores booleanos AND e OR. Para o critério de inclusão foram considerados estudos primários em português dos últimos cinco anos e disponíveis na íntegra. Foram excluídos os estudos duplicados, teses e dissertações, revisões da literatura e os artigos que não respondiam ao objetivo do estudo. Dos 119 estudos encontrados, 11 foram selecionados. Com a leitura e análise, pode-se identificar a assistência de enfermagem aos idosos portadores de HIV/AIDS em ações de educação em saúde, estratégias para a disseminação de conhecimento entre os idosos referente a vida sexual, capacitação dos profissionais e as articulações não só entre os diferentes níveis de atenção à saúde, como também entre as equipes multiprofissionais no desenvolvimento de ações preventivas, de tratamento e acompanhamento. É imprescindível o conhecimento e capacitação das equipes multiprofissionais acerca das vulnerabilidades vivenciadas pelos idosos. Além disso, nota-se a necessidade de criação de políticas públicas, programas e projetos, com o intuito de identificar precocemente e dirimir as consequências da infecção do HIV/AIDS nos idosos. Introdução: O vírus Zika (ZIKV) é uma arbovirose transmitida pelo mosquito Aedes aegypti e Aedes Albopictus, sendo os mesmos transmissores de Dengue e Chikungunya. Objetivo: Analisar os casos notificados de Zika Vírus no Estado de Mato Grosso, no período de 2016 a 2021. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo epidemiológico descritivo, do tipo ecológico e de abordagem quantitativa. Para a coleta de dados acerca das notificações de Zika Vírus no Estado de Mato Grosso, no período de 2016 a 2021, foi utilizado a plataforma do TABNET (Informações de Saúde), vinculado ao DATASUS (Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde). Resultados e Discussão: No período de 2016 a 2021 foram notificados 31.863 casos de Zika Vírus no Estado de Mato Grosso, sendo a maior frequência (26.469; 83,1%) registrada em 2016. Nota-se maior risco no sexo feminino em todos os anos estudados, quando comparado ao sexo masculino, e no grupo etário de 20 a 39 anos, seguido das crianças de 0 a 9 anos. Considerações Finais: É perceptível a importância da atuação da SES-MT (Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Mato Grosso) no mapeamento e na distribuição dos casos notificados de Zika Vírus, por intermédio da vigilância epidemiológica e do SINAN (Sistema de Informações de Agravos de Notificação).
A Sepse é definida como uma disfunção do organismo causada por uma resposta desregulada na infecção, em diferentes estágios clínicos de um mesmo processo fisiopatológico. O presente estudo teve como objetivo descrever quais os sinais e sintomas que antecedem a sepse os profissionais de enfermagem podem identificar de forma precoce em pacientes internados em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva – UTI’s. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa da literatura fundamentada a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica realizada em julho de 2020 nas respectivas fontes de dados: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Oline (Medline) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Resultados: O enfermeiropor trabalhar diretamente com o cuidado ao paciente beira-leito, tem a possibilidade de identificar as primeiras alterações clínicas dos sinais e sintomas que antecedem a sepse como por exemplo: taquicardia (88,5%), taquipnéia (79,2%), oligúria (78,1%), hipotermia (75,2%), hipotensão (67,1%), hipertermia (30,2%), dessaturação (12,7%), Rebaixamento do Nível de Consciência (RNC) (5,5%). Contudo, os profissionais de enfermagem tem certa dificuldade na identificação precoce da sepse na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI), seja pela complexidade que o paciente se encontra, falta de protocolo em algumas instituições ou até mesmo pela falta de conhecimento sobre este processo clínico.
Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo é conhecer e identificar por meio da literatura científica a atuação dos profissionais durante a ocorrência de parada cardiorrespiratória no setor de urgência e emergência. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada partir das seguintes etapas: escolha do tema, construção da pergunta de pesquisa através do acrônimo PICo (paciente, interesse, contexto), escolha dos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS), definição dos critérios de inclusão/exclusão dos artigos científicos; coleta, análise e discussão dos dados dos estudos selecionados, exposição da síntese das evidências encontradas. A questão norteadora foi definida a partir do PICo. A população estudada foram os adultos, com interesse na atuação da equipe multiprofissional frente à parada cardiorrespiratória no setor de urgência e emergência. Dessa forma, questiona-se como é realizada a atuação da equipe multiprofissional frente à parada cardiorrespiratória? Resultados e Discussão: A atuação da equipe multiprofissional frente à parada cardiorrespiratória é indispensável para reversão do quadro clínico do paciente, de modo que possibilite uma reanimação rápida e diminuição dos riscos de óbito. Destaca-se que durante a realização da manobra de reanimação, os profissionais sofrem desgaste físico e mental. Considerações Finais: A equipe multidisciplinar precisa ter conhecimento sobre a atuação de cada de acordo com a sua categoria e mantendo a sincronização nesses casos, permitindo que aja uma boa comunicação para eficácia das condutas referente a reanimação. Enfatiza-se a importância da sistematização no atendimento para divisão de funções e o momento certo de cada especialidade intervir.
