Objetivo: construir e validar tecnologia educacional sobre consumo de álcool para universitários.Método: estudo metodológico, desenvolvido entre junho de 2015 e julho de 2019, em universidade pública do Amazonas, Brasil. Foram realizadas três etapas: construção, validação de conteúdo e validação de aparência. A validação de conteúdo foi realizada em duas fases com 15 profissionais, e a validação de aparência em uma única fase com 91 acadêmicos de quatro cursos da universidade.Resultados: a tecnologia educacional foi nomeada Consumo de Álcool entre Universitários e está disponível no formato de manual impresso e e-book. Apresentou Índice de Validade de Conteúdo de 0,62 na primeira fase e 0,95 na segunda. Quanto à aparência, obteve Índice de Validade Semântica de 0,89.Considerações finais: o manual mostrou-se válido para utilização entre universitários, e pode contribuir com intervenções educativas nesse âmbito em instituições de ensino superior.
Resumo Objetivo identificar fatores associados ao enfrentamento da pandemia da COVID-19 por pessoas idosas com e sem comorbidades. Método estudo descritivo, transversal, com pessoas idosas (n=569), entre 60 e 80 anos, com ou sem comorbidades, nas cinco regiões do Brasil. Coleta de dados com questionário virtual e análise com base na estatística descritiva e inferencial. Resultados os resultados mostram que 351, (61,68%), referem comorbidade. Houve associação significativa entre os grupos nas variáveis: faixa etária (p=0,017), realizar alguma atividade laboral (p≤0,001), pensamento da possibilidade de ser infectado pelo novo coronavírus (p≤0,001), concordar com medidas de prevenção adotadas para o distanciamento social (p≤0,001), se informar por outro meio de comunicação além da televisão (p≤0,001). Conclusão e implicações para a prática os idosos com comorbidades pensam na possibilidade de ser infectado pelo novo coronavírus, concordam mais com as medidas de distanciamento social e se informam mais. Nesse sentido, indica-se a realização de pesquisas com ênfase nos idosos sem comorbidade, para direcionar melhor os cuidados de saúde em tempos de pandemias.
Objective: To develop an educational technology for people living with an implantable heart device.Methods: This is a methodological study carried out in the period from August 2020 to April 2021, carried out in two stages: integrative literature review and elaboration of educational technology.Results: Based on the evidence, it was possible to list generating themes such as the perception of people living with an implantable cardiac device, which served as the basis for the creation of a podcast entitled “Alphabet of the pacemaker”, with self-care guidelines from A to Z for the after time implantation of the device.Conclusions: The construction of evidence-based educational technology is a strategy to subsidize health educational practices and pacemaker users' understanding of health care after device deployment.
A sífilis atinge mais de 12 milhões de pessoas em todo o mundo e os homens são importante fonte de transmissão para suas parcerias, quando inadequadamente diagnosticados e tratados. Fatores indi-viduais relacionados aos homens podem ser importantes barreiras para buscar e aderir ao tratamento adequado. O objetivo deste es-tudo foi descrever aspectos relacionados ao tratamento de homens com diagnóstico de sífilis, na percepção deles, de suas parcerias e de profissionais de saúde. Foi conduzida uma síntese rápida de evidências qualitativas, a partir da análise de estudos primários qua-litativos e posterior descrição dos resultados. A busca foi feita no MEDLINE (via PubMed), EMBASE (via Elsevier), LILACS (via BVS), Psy-cINFO, literatura cinzenta no Google Scholar, sem restrição de língua ou tempo. Dois revisores realizaram a seleção e as discrepâncias fo-ram resolvidas por consenso. A qualidade metodológica foi avaliada utilizando o instrumento CASP. Foram identificados 2.881 estudos, dos quais, após seleção, cinco foram incluídos. Os conteúdos sele-cionados e categorizados para uma melhor apresentação dos resul-tados mostram que os aspectos que podem influenciar a população masculina no tratamento da sífilis estão associados à escolaridade, visão pessoal de gênero, baixa compreensão da doença e dificulda-des de acesso aos serviços, inclusive relacionadas à organização do processo de trabalho.
