<p>The aim of this community service is to increase the community's women creativity PKK group in Talisayan District Berau, East Kalimantan driven in processing local food resources, fisheries and agriculture. However, so far the produce is only sold in fresh form in simple and traditional way so that during this pandemic period this activity has been hampered. Solutive efforts are being made to increase creativity and optimize abundant food products of fish and corn through modernization of technology and processing methods so that they can be marketed outside the region in order to increase community income. The community service method carried out is in the form of training and mentoring for PKK groups to be more creative, innovative, and skilled in processing food safely and attractively so that it has a high selling value. Safe, secure, and attractive food processing can increase product durability, maintain its nutritional content, safe for consumer health, and can boost marketing, even have the potential to export abroad. The resulting output is the application of technology and increasing the quality, quantity and added value of processed food products thanks to the creativity and skills of the community in processing local food of Talisayan. Another output is the establishment of centers for food processing quality driven by women in PKK groups. This is where the role of academics and partners in the local community is needed to work together as a concern and service for the sake of increasing income of the community.</p>
Peningkatan jumlah sampah perhari meningkat seiring keperluan manusia sebagai makhluk konsumsi, sehingga menjadi permasalahan yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai. Maka pengurangan sampah organik harus dikelola dengan sebuah terobosan yang mudah dan murah serta memberi banyak manfaat. Salah satu solusinya adalah dengan mengolah sampah menjadi ekoenzim. Ekoenzim dinilai pemecahan yang tepat sebab bahan bakunya dapat dengan mudah didapat dan murah. Melalui proses fermentasinya selama tiga bulan ekoenzim sudah dapat memperoleh larutan yang berkhasiat sangat banyak. Mulai sebagai cairan pembersih dan menyiram tanaman. Selain ramah lingkungan hasil pengelolaan sampah organik rumah tangga juga bernilai ekonomis bagi, karena biaya pembuatannya tidak mahal dan dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat baik untuk keperluan pribadi maupun diperjualbelikan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan pelatihan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab secara luring dengan menggunakaan media presentasi dihadapan warga Desa Keli, Kecamatan Woha, Kabupaten Bima dan praktik langsung pembuatan ecoenzym oleh penyuluh lapangan. Praktik pembuatan ecoenzim yang dimentori oleh penyuluh lapangan dan dibantu oleh mahasiswa KKN Unmul menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mampu menerapkan pembuatan ecoenzym untuk mengolah sampah organik rumahtangga. Pengabdian ini menunjukkan hasil dengan adanya penambahan keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam menerapkan pembuatan ecoenzym dalam mengurangi sampah rumah tangga oleh masyarakat.
COVID-19 has impacted the East Kalimantan, Indonesia, community market, especially for indigenous food and non-food souvenirs. These conditions threaten the global pursuit of SDGs. The University of Mulawarman and PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa, a subsidiary of Gojek Indonesia, identified social concerns for matching program. Our university team's experience integrating the tridharma led us to offer a five-stage framework: (1) vision internalization, (2) persistence learning, (3) technology adaption, (4) collaboration growth, and (5) outcomes integration. Multi-stakeholder cooperation starts with mutual benefits, ideas, agreements, and program designs. Learning aspects are integrated through final assignments, practical experiences, and organized assignments related to learning outcomes on specific course areas (embedded learning). The emancipated learning of the Independent Campus (MBKM) was implemented at the university level. Outcome-based education for higher education multi-stakeholder matching program is an approach for addressing education SDG.
ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas mengenai hadirnya program inovasi Antrian Online Perekaman e-KTP atau disebut ALAN e-KTP sebagai sistem pelayanan publik dalam birokrasi yang kreatif, efektif dan efisien dalam menekan terjadinya penumpukan massa di Kantor Disdukcapil Kota Balikpapan. Inovasi ini penting untuk menyiapkan Balikpapan sebagai salah satu wilayah penyangga ibu kota baru Indonesia, IKN Nusantara yang semakin hari semakin bertambah penduduknya akibat mobilitas masyarakat. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu masih banyaknya masyarakat yang belum mengetahui adanya inovasi layanan antrian online ini sehingga menjadikan program kerja individu yaitu pembuatan poster Alan e-KTP ini menjadi informasi yang sangat penting dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat yang akan melakukan perekaman e-KTP. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan pembuatan poster dan sosialisasi yang diawali dengan pencarian informasi dan pengidentifikasian masalah. Adapun pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kelurahan Kariangau dan percetakan. Kelurahan Kariangau berperan sebagai jembatan untuk kegiatan penyerahan poster ALAN e-KTP kepada masyarakat. Adapun objek atau sasaran yang dituju penulis dalam kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat umum. Dimana, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah terlaksana dengan baik dengan persentase nilai keberhasilan sekitar 85%. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada saat penyerahan poster Alan e-KTP mendapatkan respon yang positif dari Lurah dan jajaran birokrasi kantor kelurangan Kariangau serta seluruh warga di Salok Baru. This innovation is important to prepare Balikpapan as one of the buffer zones for Indonesia's new capital city, IKN Nusantara, which is increasingly growing in population due to people's mobility. The problem that often occurs is that there are still many people who do not know about this online queue service innovation so that it makes the individual work program, namely making Alan e-KTP posters, very important and useful information for the community. This program aims to provide information and make it easy for people who will record e-KTP. The method used is community service which is carried out by making posters and outreach which begins with information seeking and problem identification. The parties involved in this activity were the Kariangau Village and the printers. The Kariangau Sub-District plays a role as a bridge for the ALAN e-KTP poster submission activities to the community. The object or target aimed at by the author in this activity is the general public. Where, this community service activity has been carried out well with a percentage of success values of around 85%. This is because at the time of submission of Alan's e-KTP poster, a positive response was received from the Lurah and the bureaucratic ranks of the Kariangau sub-district office and all residents in Salok Baru. This study aims to understand and analyze the efforts made by the Government of Indonesia in proposing of Illegal, Unreported, And Unregulated Fishing( IUUF) as a Trans-National Organized Crime (TOC). The perspective used in this article is a realist perspective with a descriptive analysis method. The results of this study found that the Indonesian government's efforts to propose IUUF as a Trans-National Organized Crime (TOC), namely by suggesting and proposing IUUF as international law, as well as being the basis for punishing and prosecuting IUUF perpetrators, President Widodo has also shown his seriousness in eradicating IUFF, namely promoting IUUF to become a TOC has also been recognized internationally. Other government efforts have been to find agreement on the steps taken by Indonesia in controlling and protecting all-natural resources as maritime security in the IUUF case as one of the challenges of the nation, the Indonesian government ensures its citizens to manage natural resources to face internal and external threats external. Financial bookkeeping is one of the most important things in business and personal activities. However, in practice there are still many parties who have not done financial bookkeeping or are still doing the bookkeeping manually. Therefore, the DIGIKAS & IBUK Dual Program was carried out so that the target financial accounting process could run more easily, be more environmentally friendly (Paperless), and reduce the impact on the environment. The dual program was aimed to 60 UMKM in the Water Settlement Area, 70 participants consisting of Ibu PKK and RT Cadre in Kelurahan Marga Sari. The method used in the IBUK & DIGIKAS dual program are interview, socialization and practice (real action). The results of the activity are that UMKM in Marga Sari Village receive additional information and knowledge about the importance of financial bookkeeping, know the digital financial bookkeeping application, "BukuKas" and know how to use the application that can facilitate financial bookkeeping activities and environmentally friendly (Paperless)
