Breast milk is the best source of nutrition to be given to newborn babies specifically designed to meet all thenutritional needs of a baby during the first six months of life. Many factors affect exclusive breastfeeding includingthe mother'semploymentstatusand husband's support. This study aims to analyze the relationship between mother'semployment status and husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding.Thisstudyuses a cross sectional approach.Interviews were conducted with 70breastfeeding mothers with infants over 6 months of age. The method ofsampling usespurposivesampling method. The research location in the District of Gatak, Sukoharjo Regency wasconducted in December 2019. Statistical analysis was performed bivariately with the chi square test. In this study, theresults of chi square for the mother's employment status pvalue= 0.037 and husband support pvalue= 0.244.Thereis a correlationbetween mother's employment status with exclusive breastfeeding and no correlationbetweenhusband's support for exclusive breastfeeding.
Background: Pregnant women are one of the populations at risk of contracting HIV / AIDS, Hepatitis B and Syphilis. More than 90% of children who have HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B infection are infected by their mothers. Efforts are needed to break the chain of transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B from pregnant women to their babies, one of which is by triple elimination examination. It is estimated that age and education level will affect the triple elimination visit. The Aim : To determine the relationship of age and level of education of pregnant women to the behavior of triple elimination examination visits at Sumberlawang Health Center, Sragen.
ABSTRAKStatus gizi lebih dan anemia merupakan gangguan gizi yang sering muncul pada remaja putri. Remaja putri berisiko tinggi terjadi gangguan gizi tersebut karena cenderung mengalami peningkatan kebutuhan zat gizi, pembatasan pola konsumsi dan penyimpangan pola konsumsi. Asupan protein yang tinggi akan diubah menjadi lemak dan disimpan menjadi jaringan adiposa. Pada status gizi lebih, inflamasi kronik terjadi di jaringan lemak dan terjadi peningkatan sekresi sitokin proinflamasi, seperti interleukin 6 (IL-6). Kadar IL-6 yang tinggi meningkatkan kadar hepsidin, yang dapat menurunkan kadar besi (Fe) dalam sirkulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuanmenganalisis hubungan antara asupan protein dan kadar IL-6 dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) pada remaja putri status gizi lebih. Data asupan protein menggunakan metode food recall 24 jam dan SQ-FFQ (semi quantitativefood frequency questionare). Kadar IL-6 diukur dengan pemeriksaan ELISA. Kadar Hb diukur dengan metode cyanmethaemoglobin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa asupan protein dan kadar IL-6 tidak berhubungan dengan kadar Hb (p=0,132) dan (p= 0,607). Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk menganalisis hubungan status gizi lebih pada remaja putri dengan kejadian anemia, seperti kadar hepsidin, globin dan feritin. Female adolescents are at high risk of nutritional disorders because they tend to experience an enhanchement nutritional needs, restrictions on consumption patterns and eating disorder. High protein intake will be converted into fat and stored into adipose tissue. In overnutrition adolescents, chronic inflammation occurs in fat tissue and also increasing proinflamation sitokin secretion, such as interleukin 6 (IL-6). High levels of IL-6 increases hepsidin levels, and decreases iron (Fe) level in circulation. This study aims to analyze the corelation of protein intake and IL-6 level with haemoglobin level in overnutrition female adolescents. Data of protein intake is taken through 24 hours food recall and SQ-FFQ (semi quantitative-food frequency questionare). IL-6 levels were measured by ELISA while Hb level is obtained thorugh cyanmethaemoglobin method. The results of this study there is no corelation between protein intake and IL-6 level toward Hb level (p=0,132) and (p= 0,607). Exclusive breastfeeding based on Government Regulation Number 33 of 2012 concerning Exclusive Breastfeeding isbreast milk that is given to babies from birth for six months, without adding and or replacing with other food ordrinks. Coverage of infants gets exclusive breastfeeding nationally at 61.33%. This figure has exceeded the 2017Strategic Plan target of 44%. The percentage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months in Central Java in2017 was 54.4%. Coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Sukoharjo Regency is 60.36%.Thepurpose of this researchaims to determine whether there is a correlation between the level of family income and level of mother education ofexcluxive breastfeeding. This research use analytic observational design with cross sectional approach. Thepopulation in this study are mothers who have children more than six month in the working area of Gatak SukoharjoPublic Health Center. Sampling technique in this research using cluster random sampling technique. LogisticRegression test data obtained significance of family income level equal to 0.034 and mother education level equal to0.004.The limitation of this study is to collect data on the level of family income based only on interviews withoutany supporting questionnaireBased on these results indicate the correlation of family income level and mothereducation level of excluxive breastfeeding.
This research aims to determine the performance influence of sachets on various sizes of bags and the weight of coffee to the characteristics of the brew of coffee bags. The study uses a completely random design with 2 treatment factors, the first factor of the volume of contents in the bag and the second factor of the packaging bag size. Analyzed With ANOVA dan when the effect is noticeable. It will be followed by using a DMRT at 5%. significant levels. The research at moisture and ash content is suitable for the raw material of coffee bags. Coffee Sari qualified SNI is on the treatment of the volume of 1/4 content and small bag size with a yield of 22.02% coffee juice. The results of the analysis on the missing coffee weight test were obtained the highest value found in the volume of the 1/3 content with a large bag size resulted in 2.73 grams of lost coffee weight. The lowest value is on the 1/2 content volume and the medium size is 0.17 grams. The sensory test was derived that the panelists preferred it to the size of a large bag and the appropriate volume of contents to fill the bag with a volume of 1/3.Keywords: Bag size and coffee weight, Coffee characteristics.
