Tbe questioonaire was sent to psychologists registered witb tbe occupational Division of tbe Australian Psyehdogical Society and sougbt information c o m d n g tbeii educational background, e m p l o y t history and current job fmctiom. R d t s sbowed tbat tbere has bem little change in their role over the past 10 years. They were still found to be primarily ewceracd with recruibnent and selection, psyWogicaI testing, perwonel counselliag and training. Tbe only notable ChMgH were an increase in t k number of psychologists hdding a bigber degree, increased probability that psychologists would remain in consulting work, and a decreased probability tbat tbey would remain in academic work.
