The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a new challenge for several industries where industry players are forced to improve their systems and services in order to compete. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of digital leadership, innovation management on competitive advantage with quality management as a mediating variable. The population of this research is 70 employees, by using the Slovin formula a sample of 60 respondents was obtained from Samsung Center Padang with data collection using questionnaires. Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data in this study. The results of this study are: 1) Digital leadership and innovation management have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. 2) Digital leadership and innovation management have a positive and significant impact on quality management. 3) Quality management has a significant positive effect on the competitive advantage of Samsung Center Padang. 4) Quality Management mediates Digital leadership and innovation management towards competitive advantage.
Health workers are one of the human resources who have been heavily affected by the post-COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to physical health, emotional fatigue is also obtained by health workers. This study aims to examine the effect of leader member exchange, emotional exhaustion and the mediating role of organizational commitment on the performance of health workers. The sample selection technique used random sampling and obtained a sample of 59 respondents from health workers at Alahan Panjang Public Health Center, Solok. The data analysis technique used Structure Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). From the results of the study it can be concluded that LMX has no significant effect on emotional exhaustion, but LMX has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional exhaustion has a significant effect on organizational commitment and emotional exhaustion also has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance. The mediating role of organizational commitment between emotional exhaustion and performance has a negative and insignificant effect.
Balanced scorecard adalah salah satu teknik evaluasi bisnis modern yang meninjau dari empat perspektif untuk menentukan strategi bisnis kedepannya. PT. Mahameru Duta Pasifik pada saat ini masih menggunakan teknik evaluasi lama yang menjadikan perusahaan salah dalam mengambil keputusan strategis. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu PT. Mahameru Duta Pasifik dalam menilai kinerja dengan pendekatan Balanced scorecard. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada perusahaan untuk memperoleh data primer dan skunder, dimana pernyataan disusun berdasarkan Critical Success Factors. Adapun hasil dari penerapan balanced scorecard memberikan beberapa rekomendasi kebijakan diantaranya 1) Mengatur rute distribusi dan menyalurkan pada satu waktu, hal ini dapat menurunkan biaya operasional dan meminimasi biaya distribusi, 2) Lebih menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan berbagai retail serta menstimulus dengan strategi bundling maupun diskon, hal ini dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan serta meningkatkan kepercayaan mitra kepada perusahaan. 3) Memberikan pelatihan kreativitas kepada karyawan agar menjadi perilaku yang inovatif. Karyawan yang inovatif akan mengimplementasikan ide kreatifnya pada aktivitas bisnis yang akan menguntungkan perusahaan.
Objectives: This study aims to investigate the importance of strategy to increase competitive advantage which was studied from creativity, Innovative Work Behavior, and preceded by psychological empowerment through the mediating effects of the creativity, creative behavior, and moderation of digital leadershipMethodology: This study uses a quantitative approach where questionnaires are distributed to 254 SMEs in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The analysis technique used is path analysis using SEM-PLS.Finding: The results showed that psychological empowerment has a direct effect on creativity and innovative work behavior but has no effect on competitive advantage. Creativity affects innovative work behavior but does not affect competitive advantage. Innovative work behavior affects competitive advantage. Creativity mediates psychological empowerment for innovative work behavior but does not mediate competitive advantage, and innovative work behavior mediates psychological empowerment and creativity for competitive advantage. Digital leadership mediates creativity into innovative work behaviors and innovative work behaviors into competitive advantages but does not mediate psychological empowerment and creativity into competitive advantages.Conclusion: To compete in the current era, creativity is needed based on the wishes of the employees themselves so that it will be easy to shape the innovative behavior of employees. This innovative behavior will be the initiator of the development of SMEs. In addition, leaders should follow trends and technological developments and guide employees to improve their IT insight. Thus, it will accelerate the behavior change to be innovative and be able to win the competition in the current technological era.
Dampak pandemi COVID–19 telah menyentuh seluruh kalangan masyarakat, terutama pelaku usaha UMKM. Sudah saatnya pelaku usaha dan masyarakat yang terdampak perlu mengefektifkan teknologi seperti platform jual beli dan media sosial untuk bertahan pada masa pandemi ini. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu menumbuhkembangkan pemikiran pelaku usaha dan masyarakat untuk menggunakan digital marketing agar dapat memperluas jangakauan pasar. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu dilaksanakan secara webinar dengan melalukan pra-survey sebelum webinar dan pasca-survey setelah webinar, analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Webinar terlaksana bersama 52 peserta yang terdiri dari 43,1% pelaku usaha dan 59, 6% masyarakat yang berdomisili area danau Maninjau, Hasil pra-survey menunjukkan bahwa nilai TCR untuk penggunaan digital marketing yaitu 37,2% tergolong kurang dan nilai TCR untuk ketertarikan menggunakan digital marketing yaitu 52,2% tergolong cukup. Setelah melaksanakan webinar, dilakukan kembali pasca-survey dengan hasil yaitu TCR untuk kepemahaman materi webinar sebesar 65,2% tergolong baik, TCR untuk ketertarikan penggunaan digital marketing meningkat menjadi 77,2% tergolong baik, TCR untuk kefektifan digital marketing dalam memperluas pasar yaitu 78% tergolong baik dan 88% responden berpendapat bahwa digital marketing akan membantu penjualan UMKM dimasa pandemi ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian tersebut, responden merasakan manfaat yang signifikan dalam hal penggunaan digital marketing.
