Objetivo: Investigar e apresentar os principais fatores relacionados aos transtornos mentais em profissionais de enfermagem decorrentes da pandemia de 2020 relacionada à COVID-19. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa que utilizou como base de busca científica: BDENF, LILACS, IBECS e MEDLINE. Com investigações nos últimos 3 anos. Resultados: Os principais transtornos decorrentes da pandemia em profissionais da área de enfermagem encontrados foram: Burnout, depressão, ansiedade, estresse, seguidos de transtornos menos comuns como TEPT e Síndrome do pânico. Os desencadeantes listados foram: exaustão emocional, despersonalização, insônia, fadiga, nervosismo relacionado a propensão à infecção pela COVID-19, carga horária de trabalho excessiva. Percebe-se que a quantidade de artigos relacionados ao tema vem crescendo durante o período de 2022, principalmente por ser um ano onde há um declínio na taxa de transmissão e contágio pela COVID-19 no mundo, possibilitando novos estudos. Considerações finais: Apesar do crescimento gradativo desses transtornos mentais durante o período de pandemia, é possível programar ações que possam ser desenvolvidas em prol da saúde mental destes profissionais, tais como incentivos financeiros e organizacionais que contribuam para melhoria da segurança e conforto da enfermagem.
A adolescência é uma fase de grandes transformações físicas, psicológicas e sociais, durante a qual os jovens estão expostos a informações distorcidas e influências negativas relacionadas à sexualidade. Os profissionais de saúde desempenham um papel fundamental na promoção de uma educação sexual adequada, fornecendo informações precisas, baseadas em evidências científicas, e orientando os adolescentes de forma apropriada. Esse estudo tem como objetivo explorar o papel dos profissionais de saúde na educação sexual durante a adolescência e analisar como suas ações podem ter um impacto positivo. Foi conduzida uma revisão narrativa de literatura com o objetivo de investigar a importância da atuação dos profissionais de saúde na educação sexual para adolescentes. A pesquisa de dados foi realizada por meio de bases de dados como Google Scholar, revistas científicas e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Foram selecionados estudos completos que abordaram a temática proposta e foram publicados em português no período de 2018 a 2023. Os critérios de exclusão foram aplicados aos artigos que não atendiam a esses requisitos, incluindo estudos em outros idiomas e publicações anteriores a 2018. A revisão narrativa de literatura demonstrou que a atuação dos profissionais de saúde na educação sexual durante a adolescência está associada a resultados positivos, como a redução de comportamentos sexuais de risco, prevenção de doenças sexualmente transmissíveis e gravidez precoce, além de promover o bem-estar emocional dos jovens.
