Resumo:O presente artigo visa discorrer acerca das transformações ocorridas no mundo do trabalho, que alteraram as relações profissionais e a dinâmica de vida das diaristas. Aborda a temática a partir de três eixos analíticos centrais, quais sejam: informalidade, gênero e direitos trabalhistas. Tal discussão está embasada em estudos sobre o mundo do trabalho, o trabalho feminino na esfera doméstica e em pesquisa com trabalhadoras deste universo profissional. Com isso, apresentaremos a precarização e a ausência de direitos inerentes ao trabalho das diaristas, revelando as expressões da questão social a que estão submetidas. Deste modo, a ocupação diarista é aqui compreendida como uma mutação do emprego doméstico, com alterações advindas das transformações ocorridas no mundo do trabalho.

O presente artigo aspira fazer uma revisão bibliográfica da literatura disponível sobre a proteção social na política pública de Assistência Social, tomando como base a legislação disponível sobre o tema e a produção de alguns autores que têm se destacado nesta análise. A discussão que se deseja fazer incube-se de apresentar, e em alguns momentos analisar, a proteção social a partir da Constituição de 1988, a Proteção Social Básica na Assistência Social e, finalmente, sobre a centralidade do CRAS nesse nível de proteção.
O presente artigo discorre sobre a contribuição do Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos (SCFV) da Assistência Social para o envelhecimento ativo de pessoas idosas. O trabalho adota a concepção da Organização Mundial da saúde para classificar envelhecimento ativo. Aponta como o Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos contribui para o envelhecimento ativo de idosos que vivenciam situação de vulnerabilidade e/ou risco social. O método de pesquisa adotado é o de revisão bibliográfica do tipo narrativa, uma vez que o interesse central do estudo é conhecer o fenômeno através de leituras já realizadas por outros pesquisadores, além de análise documental de algumas publicações que versam sobre o tema. Conclui-se que o Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de vínculos contribui para o processo de envelhecimento ativo e saudável uma vez que as suas ações são capazes de contribuir com o bem-estar e interação social de seus participantes, à medida que possibilita a vocalização de demandas e sua organização social.
O estudo em tela apresenta o conceito de intersetorialidade, interpretando-o por meio da abordagem da administração pública e da saúde coletiva, como síntese e articulação, respectivamente. Desta forma, entendendo-a como um movimento de intersecção. Trata-se de um artigo de revisão bibliográfica, no qual são analisadas as definições de intersetorialidade, a relação que este fenômeno estabelece com a política pública de assistência social e apresenta de forma sucinta o Programa Bolsa Família, a título de exemplo do movimento de intersetorialidade entre as políticas públicas e a assistência social.
O presente artigo discorre teoricamente, por meio de revisão de literatura e análise documental, sobre o controle social, adotando a abordagem sociopolítica, compreendendo-o como controle exercido pela sociedade civil sobre as ações do Estado no que diz respeito às agendas do governo. O recorte que aqui se faz abrange a política pública de Assistência Social e mais especificamente às Comissões Locais de Assistência Social de Belo Horizonte. É possível evidenciar que o controle social nessa política está devidamente regulamentado. Todavia, a sua execução ainda se trata de um desafio em superação, uma vez que as práticas políticas se encontram, muitas vezes, no campo da intermediação de interesses dos atores políticos.
