IntroductionSince the WHO declared COVID-19 as a pandemic, the spread of the new coronavirus has been the focus of attention of scientists, governments and populations. One of the main concerns is the impact of this pandemic on health outcomes, mainly on mental health. Even though there are a few empirical studies on COVID-19 and mental health, so far, there is no systematic review about the impact of COVID-19 on mental health of young people and adults yet. We aim to critically synthesise the scientific evidence about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of young people and adults.Methods and analysisA systematic review will be performed through eight databases: MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), ISI-of-Knowledge, CENTRAL (Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials), EMBASE (Excerpta Medica Database), SCOPUS, LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature), PsycINFO (Psychology Information) and CNKI (Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure), from inception until 30 June 2020. No restriction regarding the publication date, setting or languages will be considered. Preliminary search strategies were carried out on 29 March 2020 and will be updated in June 2020. The primary outcomes will be the prevalence and the severity of psychological symptoms in young people and adults (>18 years old) resulting from the impact of COVID-19 pandemic. Study selection will follow the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses checklist. Pooled standardised mean differences and 95% CIs will be calculated. The risk of bias of the observational studies will be assessed through the Methodological Index for Non-Randomised Studies (MINORS). Additionally, if sufficient data are available, a meta-analysis will be conducted. Heterogeneity between the studies will be determined by the I2 statistics. Subgroup analyses will also be performed. Publication bias will be checked with funnel plots and Egger’s test. Heterogeneity will be explored by random-effects analysis.Ethics and disseminationEthical assessment was not required. Objetivo: Analisar o padrão de consumo do álcool e fatores associados em mulheres. Método: Estudo transversal, com 305 mulheres na faixa de 20 a 59 anos, atendidas em unidades básicas de saúde em Teresina/Piauí/Brasil. Utilizou-se Escala Alcohol Use Desorders Identification Test para identificar o padrão de consumo do álcool e questionário para variáveis sociodemográficas, de saúde e hábitos de vida, com coleta de maio a junho de 2019 e analisados pelo software Statistical Package for the Social Science, versão 20.0. Resultados: A prevalência de álcool foi 34,4%, índice de binge drink de 63,8%.  O padrão de consumo mostrou que 84,9% apresentaram baixo risco/ abstinentes, 11,1% uso de risco, 1,3% uso nocivo e 2,6% possível dependência. Houve associação entre o consumo de álcool com escolaridade, violência e discriminação. Conclusão: Alta prevalência associada a fatores como violência, discriminação e escolaridade, requer maior atenção às mulheres usuárias de álcool.

Objetivo: To analyze the scientific literature published in the period 2007-2013 on about elderly caregivers and their attitudes towards oral health. Methodology: This is an integrative review, held in databases Scientific Electronic Library Online, Literature Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences and Brazilian Bibliography of Dentistry, using a combination of controlled descriptors: seniors and caregivers and health oral. From the combination of descriptors 26 studies were obtained, but the integrative review was structured with six articles that met the inclusion criteria only. Results: Most subjects had poor oral health with significant indicators Teeth Decayed, missing and filled and an inadequate perception about oral health. We also found a lack of knowledge on the part of the elderly, and especially caregivers. Conclusion: The development of studies on the oral health of the elderly is vital to reduce the rate of disease and improve quality of life. RESUMO Objetivo: analisar a literatura científica publicada no período de 2007 a 2013 sobre cuidadores de idosos e suas atitudes frente a saúde bucal. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada nas bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online, Literatura Latino-Americana e Caribenha em Ciências da Saúde e Bibliografia Brasileira de Odontologia, utilizando-se a combinação de descritores controlados: cuidadores and idosos and saúde bucal. A partir da combinação dos descritores foram obtidos 26 estudos, mas a revisão integrativa foi estruturada apenas com seis artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Resultados: A maioria dos idosos apresentava saúde bucal precária com indicadores significativos de Dentes Cariados, Perdidos e Obturados e apresentando autopercepção inadequada acerca da saúde bucal. Encontrou-se também a falta de conhecimento por parte dos idosos e, principalmente, dos cuidadores. Conclusão: O desenvolvimento de estudos sobre a saúde bucal do idosos é de fundamental importância para diminuir o índice de doenças e melhorar a qualidade de vida. Essas medidas associadas as campanhas de prevenção contribuirão para reduzir o número de problemas bucais no público estudado. Keywords: Cuidadores.
