El micro financiamiento que está orientado a los micronegocios, sobre todo aquellos gestionados por las mujeres, es un tema que está generando un amplio debate en la actual literatura de las ciencias empresariales y de la gestión, ya que se considera como uno de los mecanismos esenciales para reducir el índice de pobreza, sobre todo en los países en vías de desarrollo. Sin embargo, a pesar de la existencia de diversos programas y fuentes de micro financiamiento, la mayoría de los micronegocios no cumplen con los requerimientos para acceder a ellos, por lo cual los ingresos de la familia se están convirtiendo en una fuente alternativa de micro financiamiento para este tipo de negocios. En este sentido, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar los ingresos familiares como una alternativa de financiamiento de los micronegocios ubicados en la Península de Yucatán, para lo cual se consideró una muestra de 565 microempresas. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los ingresos de la familia tienen un impacto positivo significativo en el micro financiamiento de los micronegocios que son gestionados por las mujeres.
OBJETIVO: Identificar si la mercadotecnia es un factor que incide en la competitividad de los productores de carne de ganado bovino en el Estado de Yucatán. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: El estudio realizado fue cuantitativo, transversal no experimental, con información obtenida en el año 2014, con base en una encuesta aplicada a los propietarios de los ranchos con más de mil cabezas de ganado. RESULTADOS: Se establecieron previamente tres subfactores sustentados en un mismo número de subgrupos de reactivos. Stanton, Etzel y Walker (2000), señalan que el posicionamiento de mercado, el conocimiento de la competencia (Jeffrey y Caron, 2002) y la satisfacción del cliente (Fischer y Espejo, 2004), son variables generadoras de mercadotecnia en las entidades. Para cada subtema se construyó un indicador a partir del subgrupo correspondiente de reactivos mediante el método de umbrales. CONCLUSIONES: La mercadotecnia si es un factor que incide en la competitividad así como el indicador con los tres subfactores. El estudio que se presenta en el documento será de utilidad para investigadores, profesionales y otras personas interesadas en este tema para comprender la incidencia de factores en la competitividad de este sector.
