Com a digitalização da economia, observa-se uma mudança importante no mercado financeiro, isto é, a implementação do Open Banking. O sistema financeiro aberto, além de proporcionar que a regulação acompanhe a maior utilização pelos consumidores de tecnologias, torna-se uma ferramenta de grande importância para permitir a competitividade no setor, que maximiza o bem-estar do consumidor brasileiro, observando-se diversos benefícios com sua implementação. Contudo, o sistema financeiro aberto também realça preocupações com o compartilhamento de dados pessoais sobre os serviços bancários. Por meio de raciocínio dedutivo pautado em revisão bibliográfica, esse artigo tem o objetivo analisar o Open Banking de forma multidisciplinar, enfatizando a proteção de dados pessoais dos consumidores, bem como a necessária interação entre os órgãos competentes sobre os assuntos.
