<p>O presente trabalho objetivou estimar a prevalência de discriminação sofrida na vida, entre travestis, transexuais, transgêneros. Trata-se de um estudo transversal com abordagem quantitativa, realizada em Redes Sociais, entre fevereiro e abril de 2017, sendo os grupos selecionados por meio de postagem da pesquisa em grupos específicos e na página da pesquisa, tendo uma amostral final de 869 participações. Os resultados indicam a alta prevalência de discriminação em relação à idade em que se assumiram na faixa etária de 0-11 anos (Crianças) e 12-18 anos (Adolescente), também se destacando nos ambientes de trabalho e escolares e 81,37 % da amostra não é militante LGBT, entre outros resultados. Conclui-se que os processos discriminatórios na vida, entre os grupos se manteve altos em várias situações abordadas, identificando a importância da discussão acadêmica sobre estratégias com finalidade de solucionar os casos em questão.</p>
Neste artigo descrevemos as prevalências de respostas em branco (silêncio) e identificamos as possíveis associações com ter sofrido discriminação na vida, contemplando uma discussão com base nas Representações Sociais. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, do tipo quantitativo, composto por 1068 entrevistas, realizadas, entre fevereiro e abril de 2017, por meio de Redes Sociais. Os dados indicam uma alta prevalência de respostas em branco para os núcleos temáticos sobre a saúde, família e aceitação, mudança corporal, variando, entre 0,66 até 38,48% dos resultados. Particularmente, a maior proporção dos silêncios foi relacionada com a discriminação sofrida na vida. Conclui-se que os processos discriminatórios em conjunto com o estigma modelam as representações sociais, refletindo no que e quando deve ser relatado ou silenciado, entre travestis, transexuais e transgêneros.
