Случай дирофиляриоза у человека впервые в литературе был описан еще в 1566 г. португальским врачом А. Лузитано [2] (описание клинического случая удаления червя из глаза 3-летней девочки). Дирофиляриоз у людей длительно считали редким, характерным для регионов с жарким климатом. Однако в последние годы данное заболевание распространилось, и участились случаи его верификации по всей территории России, включая Сибирь, отдаленные северные регионы (Якутия, Хабаровск и др.). В статье представлены обзор литературы и клиническая картина редкого предракового заболевания-карциноидного папилломатоза кожи Готтрона. Это редкое заболевание характеризуется псевдоэпителиоматозной гиперплазией эпидермиса. Гистогенез заболевания окончательно не выявлен. При гистологическом исследовании определяется псевдоэпителиоматозная гиперплазия эпидермиса. Этиология и патогенез заболевания изучены недостаточно. В развитии заболевания имеют большое значение механическая травма, хроническое воспаление при длительно существующих дерматозах, а также нарушения кровообращения и акроасфиксия, склонность организма к папилломатозным реакциям. В статье представлены три случая заболевания. У двух больных процесс развился на фоне сосудистой патологии нижних конечностей, у одного-на фоне послеоперационных рубцов.
