Tari Kejeimerupakan salah satu tarian sakral yang berasal dari Suku Rejang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna simbolik yang terkandung dalam setiap rangkaian Tari Kejei. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftip kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teori Interaksionisme Simbolik. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kejeiadalah tarian yang memiliki makna rasa syukur kepada sang pencipta dan kepada sang leluhur karena telah diberikan rezeki yang melimpah, bisa hidup rukun berdampingan antar sesama masyarakat. Tarian ini juga sekaligus sebagai ajang pertemuan bujang dan gadis masyarakat Rejang untuk bermain bersama dan sebagai sarana untuk mencari jodoh. Tari Kejeidimulai dengan ritual Temu’un gongyaitu ritual sebelum penggunaan alat musik pengiring. Kemudian Jampi limauuntuk keselamatan para penari yang disebut juga anak sangei. Selanjutnya yaitu tari penyambutan, tarian ini untuk menyambut tamu yang hadir dan mempersilahkan duduk ditempat yang telah disediakan. Setelah tari penyambutan, lalu inti dari Tari Kejei yang terdiri dari 6 gerakan. Pertama, gerak sembah menari yang bermakna sebagai penghormatan kepada roh leluhur, kepada tamu agung dan kepada para penonton yang hadir pada saat acara Kejeiberlangsung. Kedua, gerak bederap salah pinggang yaitu gerak yang bermakna sebagai kebijaksanaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Ketiga, gerak metik jari sebagai bentuk penerimaanterhadap keluarga atau teman baru. Keempat, gerak mateak dayung sebagai makna penyerahan hidup kepada yang Maha Esa. Kelima, gerak sembah penyudo sebagai makna ucapan terimakasih atas kelancaran dalam melaksankan Tari Kejei. Keenam, gerakan yang terakhir yaitu gerak mendayung sebagai makna perpisahan. Baik perpisahan kepada leluhur, kepada penonton, kepada sesama penari. Tari Kejei tak luput dari unsur-unsur yang mendukung diantaranya penari, pemusik, sesaji sebagai simbol kemakmuran, kostum dan Tuwei batin(pawang). Kata Kunci: Makna Simbol, Tari Kejei.
The purpose of this research is to find and to analyzes the fulfillment of the basic rights on child based on the regulation of the state minister for women empowerment and child protection of the republic of Indonesia No. 12 of 2011 on indicators district of a city worthy of child. The research was done in 2 areas which is located in Gading Cempaka Subdistrict, they are in Cempaka Permai and Lingkar Baratvillage. Research conducted with qualitative approach and data was collected throughout observation, interview , FGD and study document . The result is a). In the both of areas have not had children forum which can directly accommodate the aspirations of children and do not involve children (age category of teenagers) on the activities and deliberations or work programs that exist in the environment RT or RW. b). In the both of areas has not been in the region of the unavailability of two consulting agencies for parents/family and child welfare agencies. c). In the both of areas has not been in an optimum manner use of leisure time and cultural activities it was found problems yet the number of program activity level of RT and RW aimed at maximizing the potential of children, as well as the unavailability of Green Open Space (RTH) as playing area that is safe and comfortable for children. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menemukenali serta menganalisis pemenuhan hak dasar pada anak yang didasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Negara Pemberdayaan Perempuandan Perlindungan Anak Republik Indonesia No. 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Indikator Kabupaten Kota Layak Anak. Penelitian dilakukan di 2 kawasan yang berada di Kecamatan Gading Cempaka, yakni Kelurahan Cempaka Permai dan Kelurahan Lingkar Barat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan informan melalui purposive dan snowball sampling. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD dan studi dokumen. Temua penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a). Kedua wilayah penelitian belum memiliki forum anak yang dapat mengakomodir aspirasi anak secara langsung serta belum melibatkan anak khususnya anak kategori usia remaja pada kegiatan dan musyawarah ataupun program kerja yang ada di lingkungan RT/RW maupun kelurahan, b). Di dua kawasan tersebut belum tersedia lembaga konsultasi bagi orang tua/keluarga dan lembaga kesejahteraan anak. c). Belum banyaknya program kegiatan di tingkat RT dan RW yang ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi anak serta belum tersedianya kawasan Ruang terbuka Hijau (RTH) sebagai kawasan bermain yang amandan nyaman bagi anak.
Indonesia has 74,093 villages and as many as 1,073 villages have the potential to be developed into tourist villages. Surau Village, Bengkulu Province, is one of the villages that has the potential to be developed into a tourist village. The results of mapping the natural potential that can be developed into leading tourist destinations have been carried out and it is agreed that there are six locations that can be developed into tourist destinations, namely Blue Lake, Silver Bridge, White Napal Hill, Geothermal Springs, Waterfalls, Lubuk Vi. Pioneering efforts towards a tourist village have been carried out by the local village government since 2020, but its development has encountered various challenges. Results of PKM activities: implementation of social preparations and agreements on the development of Surau Village as a tourist village, the implementation of grants for physical facilities/facilities that support the attraction of tourism objects, the implementation of mutual cooperation in the construction of physical facilities/facilities in the Rindu Hati River border area and Lubuk Vi, and an increase in the performance and capability of the management and organization of Pokdarwis Widesu. Further assistance is needed from academics as one of the tourisms pentahelix, the media that play a role in forming positive public opinion and information dissemination, and the community that plays a role in realizing Sapta Pesona.
This study aims to describe was conducted in the urban village of Sungai Jernih, Sub-District of Seberang Musi, Kepahiang. This study aims to explain why the event is enjoy being a new tradition in the community, which in the event there is a habit of society consume liquor a time when there is a celebration of the wedding. In the specification of this study aims to know since when the event enjoy tradition, and what functionality event enjoy the celebration, when held as well as to find out how the liquor circulation when the enjoy event. To achieve the goal of the research, then the method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive analysis using data collection thechnique of observation, interviews, and documentation. Determination of informants in this study by using the snowball sampling technique, starting from they informant community who know a lot about the event enjoy a regular informant, is the community was directly involved in the event enjoy additional informants.As for the analysis of data used a descriptive qualitative analysis technique based on the data obtained from the informant. The result of the research show that the field, the event is enjoy being a new tradition in a society when a celebration since 2005, where each holding a celebration always accompanied with the event enjoy. Reason of liquor at the time of the party because the area of village of Sungai Jernih region that marginal. There are several function of the event enjoy held a celebration when the first event namely: enjoy entertainment in the community, being both the exsistance of the show to enjoy a celebration, and enliven the event enjoy as prestige in the society. In the addiction in the event there is a habit in society enjoy consuming liquor, costume appears in the community due to the liquor circulation in the urban Village of Sungai Jernih in the selling are traded, and when there was no prohibilitions of enjoy the surrounding communities and authorite event allowed to consume alcoholic beverages, so the show is enjoy t the moment of the wedding celebration as well as liquor consumtion events that were left by the community and has become tradition when there is a celebration of the wedding.
Given the effects of digital transformation on the tourism industry, the trends and paradigms in tourism have changed considerably, necessitating some creativity in the management of tourist villages as tourist destinations. The knowledge about the digitalization of tourism can in fact, help promote popular travelling sites, with both patrons and business owners benefitting from better systems of communication, reservation, and guest service. However, the institutional operations and management of the tourism awareness group (pokdarwis) in the community have yet to be optimally effective due to some institutional and managerial issues. Some 21st-century digital skills are identified to be helpful for this pokdarwis in its management of tourist villages, namely technical knowledge, information, communication, collaboration, creativity, and implementation of the Electronic Information and Transaction (ITE) Law. To support this effort, this community service activity (PKM) was carried out for 27 participants, who were all pokdarwis administrators, from May to October 2022, using a CBT approach. The results of the PKM activity indicate an increasing understanding that the ITE Law can provide a broad legal framework for online activities. There is also increasing awareness of social media as a communication medium that can facilitate online communication, exchange, and information access for the public, regardless of time or location. Of many social media platforms, YouTube and Instagram have become the options for publishing tourism information in Surau Village. It is nonetheless agreed that social media should be used with caution to avoid accusations of spreading false information and to ensure an effective implementation of the promotion activities. Considering this, mentoring in the use of social media in the marketing efforts will still be provided in the form of consultation, learning, and counseling.
