O livro traz texto de apresentação, onde se explicita como a temática se tornou objeto de estudo e trabalho destas duas profissionais, seguido de uma introdução em que se discutem educação, exclusão social, direitos humanos, a realidade das pessoas com deficiência e o papel da escola neste cenário. Um capítulo de Contextualização conceitua as ideias de deficiência, inclusão versus integração, educação inclusiva e formação do professor. Depois, o capítulo Refletindo sobre a educação inclusiva apresenta a psicologia histórico-cultural de Vygotsky e as contribuições da psicanálise. Análise da inclusão na prática faz um delineamento da pesquisa e discute qualificação e problematização da inclusão no cotidiano escolar, a atuação e a formação do professor, os paradoxos e sentimentos despertados pela convivência.
RESUMO. Propõe-se uma reflexão conceitual sobre os conceitos de vínculo e rede social. São resumidos quatro trabalhos que utilizam esses conceitos e discutidas suas convergências e divergências. Carvalho sintetiza estudos sobre vínculo na interação criança-criança. Sampaio problematiza a vinculação entre crianças de rua e educadores. Rabinovich relata observações de famílias em uma comunidade quilombola. Bastos reflete sobre redes sociais com base no discurso de mães em grupos de encontro. A comparação dessas pesquisas em termos dos conceitos de vínculo e rede social indica a conveniência de explicitação dos seus sentidos em cada caso, para permitir diálogo entre enfoques diversificados sobre as relações humanas.
Apesar desse empenho, longe nos encontramos de superar o potencial criativo da realidade observada. Muitas e diversas maneiras, formatos e estratégias de superação das vicissitudes da vida estudantil encontramse em gestação e em produção; serão certamente identificadas e estudadas no processo de aproximação ao conjunto temático de questões. De fato, é preciso reconhecer que a principal instituição contemporâ-nea do conhecimento e da cultura que, há quase um milênio, ganhou o nome de Universidade, define-se justamente por suas múltiplas facetas. Por este motivo, Clark Kerr (2005) chegou a propor mudar seu designativo para multiversidade.Não obstante tanta diversidade, ressalta o caráter de transição na formação dos sujeitos desempenhado pela educação superior (ALE-XANDER, 2002) e o papel de iniciação na cultura ocidental contemporânea propiciado pela vida universitária . Deixemme tomar um exemplo ilustrativo dessa diferenciação. Trata-se das etapas ou modos de escolaridade: primeiro, no nível inicial de educação, tipicamente os alunos estão numa mesma sala, com um mesmo professor. O tradicional tratamento de "Tia" revela a flagrante personalização de relações, com base num vínculo arcaico, tipo familial. Na segunda etapa da formação, nos níveis escolares médios, muda o padrão de educação: os alunos ainda tendem a ter aulas na mesma sala, mas com vários professores. No que se convencionou chamar de terceiro grau, ou nível superior de educação, multiplicam-se os espaços de aprendizagem e os agentes do processo: estudantes mudam constantemente de ambiente físico, contando com vários mestres. Evidentemente, essa diversificação de padrões territoriais e relacionais se faz acompanhar por diferenciação equivalente de produção simbólica, de regras de conduta, de circulação significante, de culturas, enfim. (WOODS, 1999) Fazendo jus à prerrogativa da crítica no espaço acadêmico, gostaria de comentar que o termo observatório implica uma metáfora por referência a método. Pode-se fazer a distinção ou contraste entre os espaços históricos (ou míticos) da pesquisa científica: laboratório, observatório, campo. O laboratório constitui o espaço do controle da pes- 11 quisa científica mediante a artificialização total ou parcial do ambiente experimental, nele realizando intervenções e interferências em maior ou menor grau. O observatório é um dispositivo panóptico no sentido foucaultiano (FOUCAULT, 1996) que implica distanciamento, tendo o observatório astronômico como paradigma, além da capacidade de monitoramento ou sensoriamento global.Nesta perspectiva, define-se campo como espaço ativo de observação, coleta de dados e produção de fatos. O campo da pesquisa, em franco contraste aos espaços anteriores da ciência, por sua vez, tem sido muito comum nas ciências ditas culturais, em especial na Antropologia. Nesse sentido, campo indica imersão, participação (oposto ao distanciamento) e completa ou parcial falta de controle (oposto ao ambiente experimental). O conceito de afiliação do sociólogo francês Alain Coulon constitui uma utilização da etnometodologia aos processos intelectuais, institucionais e culturais que cercam a adaptação de estudantes à educação superior e é compreendido em três tempos distintos: do estranhamento, da aprendizagem e o tempo da afiliação. A consolidação dessa espécie de “profissão temporária” é crucial para a manutenção da condição estudantil de jovens em instituições dessa natureza. Esse artigo apresenta e discute a utilidade do conceito de afiliação institucional e intelectual para que as universidades brasileiras, que vivem, desde 2008, importantes transformações em consequência da adesão ao Programa de Apoio a Planos de Reestruturação e Expansão das Universidades Federais (REUNI) otimizem seu funcionamento, desenvolvendo um sistema de gestão acadêmica capaz de acompanhar as exigências decorrentes da abertura da educação superior para novos públicos. Isso implica enfrentar, com novas estratégias, o abandono e o fracasso na educação superior. No plano humano, isso produz desmotivação, o medo do futuro, um déficit de formação e, frequentemente, menores chances de emprego num mundo extremamente competitivo, com consequências sobre a qualidade do nosso desenvolvimento como nação. Sobre o plano socioeconômico, os investimentos públicos tornam-se “não produtivos”, ou seja, não repercutem, como deveriam, na redução das desigualdades e na inclusão das novas gerações no sistema produtivo e de serviços.
