Smart city is synchronized with digital environment and its transportation system is vitalized with RFID sensors, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence. However, without user's behavioral assessment of technology, the ultimate usefulness of smart mobility cannot be achieved. This paper aims to formulate the research framework for prediction of antecedents of smart mobility by using SEM-Neural hybrid approach towards preliminary data analysis. This research undertook smart mobility service adoption in Malaysia as study perspective and applied the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as theoretical basis. An extended TAM model was hypothesized with five external factors (digital dexterity, IoT service quality, intrusiveness concerns, social electronic word of mouth and subjective norm). The data was collected through a pilot survey in Klang Valley, Malaysia. Then responses were analyzed for reliability, validity and accuracy of model. Finally, the causal relationship was explained by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Artificial Neural Networking (ANN). The paper will share better understanding of road technology acceptance to all stakeholders to refine, revise and update their policies. The proposed framework will suggest a broader approach to investigate individual-level technology acceptance.
Service quality possesses the vital prominence in usability of innovative products and services. As Technological innovation has made the life synchronized and effective, Internet of Things (IoT) is matter of discussion everywhere. From users' perspective, IoT services are always embraced by various system characteristics of security and performance. A service quality model can better present the preference of such technology customers. The study intends to project theoretical model of service quality for Internet of Things (IoT). Based on the existing models of service quality and the literature on internet of things, a framework is proposed to conceptualize and measure service quality for internet of things. This study establishes the IoT-SERVQUAL model with four dimensions (i.e., Privacy, Functionality, Efficiency and Tangibility) of multiple service quality models. These dimensions are essential and inclined towards the users' leaning of IoT services. This paper contributes to research on internet of things services by the development of a comprehensive framework for customers' quality apprehensions. This model will previse the expression of information secrecy concerns of users related with Internet of Things (IoT). This research will advance understanding of service quality in modern day technology and assist firms to devise the fruitful services structure.
This study integrates the educators' digital competency (DC), as an individual characteristic construct of the task-technology fit (TTF) theory, to examine a better fit between Moodle using and teaching task, and to investigate its effect on both Moodle's utilization and their task performance. For assessing our proposed hypotheses, an online survey was conducted with 238 teaching staff from different departments of universities in Malaysia. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), our analysis revealed that all the proposed components (i.e., technology literacy, knowledge deepening, presentation skills, and professional skills) of digital competency significantly influenced the TTF. The Task-Technology Fit was also found as an influential construct, which positively and significantly affected both Moodle's utilization and teachers' task performance. Besides, Moodle's utilization was confirmed to be a substantial determinant of the performance impact. In the end, this study included limitations and future directions based on how the study's contribution can support academics and practitioners for assessing and understanding what particular components of digital competency impact TTF, which in turn may influence the system's utilization and performance impact.
The field of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has developed exponentially in the last decade and is consistently getting to be a worldwide slant. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a worldwide matter around the world that comes about an expanding number of studies on CSR universally as well as in Malaysia. Furthermore, the importance of CSR practices was emphasized by companies in order to ensure its sustainability in corporate world which are focused on (a) environment, (b) social dimension sustainability, (c) economic advancement, (d) stakeholder behaviour and (e) ethical evolution of society. In this manner, this paper gives a concept of CSR writing that has been conducted in Malaysia to assess the execution of CSR among organizations in Malaysia. It is presently anticipated that organizations expressly take into consideration all perspectives of their execution, not as it were their money related comes about, but moreover their social and commerce environment. Subsequently, most of organizations are presently locked in genuine endeavours to characterize and coordinated CSR into all perspectives of their businesses and exhibitions. The point of our think about is to get it this slant in Malaysia and particularly to explore (i) the status of CSR in Malaysia; (ii) different CSR practices in Malaysia; and (iii) future dissemination of CSR in Malaysia. Finally, over the last few decades, Malaysia has been gradually improving its alignment with global management practices such as quality management and ISO 9002.
