Resumo O artigo apresenta uma metodologia de formação profissional em enfermagem obstétrica (EO) na perspectiva de avançar para além da apropriação de competências específicas e contribuir com a mudança de modelo de atenção ao parto e nascimento, conforme proposto pelo Sistema Único de Saúde. Estudo que parte das lacunas do modelo atual e de cursos recentes para incentivo à inserção da EO na ótica do trabalho em equipe. Nesse contexto apresenta um caminho metodológico de formação-intervenção-avaliação, com eixos diretivos de uma prática avaliativa indissociada da formação, alinhando conceitos que sustentam a proposta nos moldes de pesquisa-intervenção. Nesse caminho triangulam-se estratégias, técnicas e instrumentos, articulados a dimensões de análise do trabalho na atenção obstetriconeonatal. A metodologia foi desenvolvida tendo por campo cursos multicêntricos de EO coordenados pela UFMG entre 2016 e 2018, abrangendo: 20 cursos descentralizados nos estados, 1.150 profissionais (alunos e agentes envolvidos na condução), 400 serviços (campos de práticas). Conclui-se a apresentação metodológica com os principais rumos de efeitos das experiências, afirmando-se a produção e qualificação de redes de enfermeiros para a assistência e interferência no modelo de cuidado ao parto e nascimento.
O texto apresenta uma experiência de formação na Humanização com referenciais do apoio institucional. Na formação foram propostas diretrizes político-metodológicas: (i) tomar a rede do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) como o espaço concreto das relações de trabalho e produção de subjetividades, induzindo-se a pensá-la em sua ‘capacidade autônoma’ (ii) compreendendo o apoio institucional como estratégia de se entremear nos movimentos de tal rede, potencializando a sua condição de autonomia e (iii) concebendo o processo formativo como estratégia de colocar em análise os modos de trabalho nessa rede, induzindo ou fortalecendo o potencial dos trabalhadores para agirem como apoiadores institucionais. Este é o produto-efeito que aqui indicamos para agregar em si os objetivos ampliados dessa atividade formativa. O curso exerceu função de grupalidade, aqueceu redes, mas não é um processo finalizado, pois que acompanha a vida na variação que lhe é própria.

Este artigo tem como objetivo realizar um exercício analítico do modo de fazer da Política Nacional de Humanização (PNH) sobre a função apoio institucional, com base em diferentes dispositivos, diretrizes e princípios. O texto está dividido em três partes: na primeira, traz reflexões acerca da concepção de humano e humanismo que fundamenta as análises; a segunda busca ampliar o debate sobre a indissociabilidade entre atenção e gestão e o modo de fazer apoio institucional; a terceira aborda a indissociabilidade entre a produção de serviços e produção de sujeitos, e encaminha a discussão dessas três partes que se desdobram em outros planos de análise. Ressalta, em todo o texto, a aposta na inclusão dos diferentes sujeitos e na análise e gestão coletiva dos processos de trabalho como estratégia para criar desestabilizações produtivas e práticas de humanização dos serviços de Saúde.
Neste artigo descreve-se a experiência de implementação de contratos internos de gestão em um hospital público. Os contratos são compreendidos como dispositivos no contexto da cogestão e na perspectiva da humanização como intervenção nas práticas de atenção e gestão em saúde. Nesse enfoque, apresentam-se os eixos metodológicos de sua construção coletiva e os indicadores do processo de implementação. Com o processo de pactuação de metas e avaliação participativa, observam-se os seguintes resultados: além de aumentar a eficiência e eficácia institucional, os efeitos desencadeados com esses dispositivos revelam seu potencial de transformação das relações de trabalho, promoção de corresponsabilização entre os sujeitos/equipes, valorização dos trabalhadores e formação de redes de compromisso para melhoria da atenção.
