Le premier chapitre présente la construction typique du 7 tutorat autour de l'évolution d'une part de la relation triadique érigée entre les principaux 8 protagonistes impliqués (Enseignants en formation, tuteurs et superviseurs universitaires) et 9 d'autre part de l'importance relative aux trois composantes essentielles (expérience pratique, 10 observation des tuteurs, entretien post leçon....) en adéquation avec le niveau de 11 développement professionnel des enseignants en formation. Les deux chapitres suivants 12 proposent et discutent les deux principales actions structurant le tutorat dans la formation des 13 enseignants: l'expérience pratique des enseignants en formation observée par leurs tuteurs et 14 l'entretien post leçon. Le quatrième chapitre présente une série de dilemmes inhérents à la 15 nature même de cette pratique de tutorat (aider ou évaluer ; transmettre ou faire réfléchir ; 16 aider à enseigner ou aider à apprendre à enseigner).
