A pandemia causada pelo coronavírus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) foi anunciada pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) no dia 11 de março de 2020. O virus é transmitido através de gotículas respiratórias e, apesar da mortalidade ser maior em pacientes idosos com comorbidades, casos de óbitos em grupos de pacientes jovens também foram reportados. Além da insuficiência respiratória, a COVID-19 também é associada a outras complicações ameaçadoras à vida, principalmente devido ao estado de hipercoagulabilidade coexistente nos pacientes infectados, já relatado em diversos estudos. O principal objetivo deste estudo é analisar os achados de imagem e a evolução clínica de pacientes diagnosticados com COVID-19 que apresentaram oclusão arterial aguda (OAA) e trombose venosa profunda (TVP). Métodos: nós selecionamos pacientes adultos com diagnóstico de COVID-19 associado a TVP e OAA. Resultados: neste estudo, nós avaliamos dezoito (18) pacientes diagnosticados com COVID-19 associado a trombose venosa profunda ou oclusão arterial aguda. Deste total, onze (11) apresentaram OAA e sete (07) apresentaram TVP. Conclusões: Oclusão arterial aguda e trombose venosa profunda são condições potencialmente devastadoras, porém tratáveis, que necessitam ser diagnosticadas precocemente, sobretudo em pacientes com fatores de risco associados à infecção por SARS-CoV-2.
