The Effect Of Self Concept On Students'Interpersoneal Communication PENDAHULUANKomunikasi merupakan salah salah satu cara atau alat untuk berinteraksi antar individu. Komunikasi menyentuh seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tidak terlepas dari komunikasi. Sebuah penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tujuh puluh persen waktu manusia digunakan untuk berkomunikasi. Dengan komunikasi maka seseorang dapat meningkatkan interaksi sosial dengan orang lain. Secara khusus, komunikasi interpersonal sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia dan bersinggungan dengan disiplin ilmu lain yang mempelajari perilaku manusia, dan penelitian dalam komunikasi berkontribusi terhadap bidang psikologi, bisnis, sosiologi, antropologi, dan konseling (Wood, Julia T, 2013:2).Komunikasi interpersonal atau komunikasi antar pribadi adalah proses penyampaian dan penerimaan pesan antara pengirim pesan (sender) dengan penerima (receiver) baik langsung maupun tidak langsung (Suranto Aw, 2011:5). Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi komunikasi interpersonal, salah satunya yaitu konsep diri. Konsep diri merupakan faktor yang sangat menentukan dalam komunikasi interpersonal, karena setiap orang bertingkahlaku sedapat mungkin sesuai dengan konsep dirinya. Selain itu dijelaskan bahwa sukses komunikasi interpersonal banyak bergantung dari kualitas konsep diri seseorang, yaitu positif atau negative, karena setiap orang bertingkahlaku sedapat mungkin sesuai dengan konsep dirinya (Jalaludin, 2005:105). Seseorang yang mempunyai konsep diri positif maka komunikasi interpersonalnya baik, sedangkan orang yang mempunyai konsep diri negatif maka juga berpengaruh pada komunikasi interpersonalnya kurang baik.
This study aims to examine the effect of smartphone use on social interactions of adolescents at Salib Putih Salatiga Orphanage Foundation. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was total sampling in order to obtain a sample of 42 teenagers as residents of the Salatiga Orphanage Foundation. The data used is in this study using primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire or questionnaire. This study uses simple regression analysis techniques and is processed with SPSS version 25 software. The simple linear regression test results show that the intensity of smartphone use has no effect on the social interactions of adolescents at the Salatiga Orphanage Foundation, this is evidenced by a significance level greater than 5% alpha, namely 0.590 > 0.05. Based on the Model Summary data in table 4.8, it can be seen that the value of the R Square is 0.007, which means 0.7%. So it can be concluded that the variable of smartphone use has an effect on social interaction by only 0.7%. and for 99.3% by other factors not described in this study. For this result because it is too small so it can be ignored.
Permasalahan kualitas sekolah berkaitan dengan beberapa hal, antara lain adalah supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dan hasil akreditasi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui hubungan antara akreditasi sekolah dan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dengan kualitas sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah semua kepala sekolah SMP Swasta sekota Salatiga sebanyak 16 orang, sekaligus sebagai total sampel. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi ganda dan regresi ganda, dengan SPSS. Hasil uji korelasi membuktikan hipotesis yaitu supervisi kepala sekolah dan akreditasi sekolah memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kualitas sekolah yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji korelasi yaitu nilai r.hitung (0,604) > nilai r.tabel (0,338) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. AbstractSchool quality is related to several aspects, i.e principal supervision, and school accreditation status. This study aims to determine the relationship between school accreditation and supervision by the principal and school quality. In this research, the population is sixteen principal Junior High School in Salatiga City, as well as the total sample. Research data collection through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation and multiple regression, with SPSS. The results of the correlation test prove the hypothesis that the supervision of the principal and school accreditation has a positive and significant relationship with school quality as indicated by the results of the study. correlation test is the value of r. Calculate (0.604)> r table value (0.338) at the 5% significance level.
Adolescence is a transitional period, where the life patterns of adolescents undergo changes, including ways of behaving, associating, ways of thinking and various other patterns of life that characterize adolescents. Things that become a reference are adolescents who are unable to control themselves so that they lose control and fall into deviant behavior. This behavior disorder is known as juvenile delinquency. The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the various types of juvenile delinquency in Merak Rejo Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency (2) To identify the various factors affecting juvenile delinquency in Merak Rejo Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency and (3) To see the action conducted by the environment and agencies dealing with juvenile delinquency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that (1) the types of juvenile delinquency that were committed were speeding, recklessness, fighting, skipping school, drinking, leaving without saying goodbye, being noticed, asocial, watching porn and smoking, (2) The factors that influence juvenile delinquency are family conditions, community conditions, peers, social media, TV, lack of religious knowledge and low socioeconomic knowledge and (3) family, village heads, chairman of the neighborhood association, neighborhood chief, community leaders and religious leaders have done preventive measures, repressive measures and rehabilitation measures. The conclusion of this study is the results of the research conducted by the author in accordance with the research objectives. Suggestions from this study are (1) parents to guide and foster their children optimally and (2) agencies at the top to foster families and adolescents.
This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of an online school exam conducted at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga in the Academic Year of 2019/2020. This research type is a descriptive evaluation study employing the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research focused on conducting evaluation activities through four-component aspects: context, input, process, and product evaluation. The data were obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The subjects in this study were the participants and committees of the online school exam at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. The results revealed four aspects of the evaluation component. 1) In the online school exam implementation, the context has been based on a circular from the Minister of Education and Culture and the Office of Education and Culture of Central Java Province. 2) Inputs in the implementation of online school exams have been in accordance with the planning criteria, including online application preparation, school exam planning and schemes, network preparation, standard operating procedures (SOP), and committee test organizers. 3). The process of organizing online school exams went well, but there were technical problems experienced by school exam participants related to the internet network. 4). The product in carrying out online school exams was in a quite good category, indicated by the exam results that could be known in a relatively short time.
