Neste artigo, temos como objetivo perscrutar o funcionamento da verbo-visualidade de uma perspectiva dialógica do discurso, utilizando, como material de análise, uma videomontagem humorística acerca do ator político Dilma Rousseff, durante a campanha presidencial brasileira do ano de 2010. Primeiramente, procuramos refletir acerca de alguns pressupostos teórico-metodológicos de Bakhtin e de Brait, qual seja, o de verbo-visualidade, alicerçado na concepção bakhtiniana de linguagem. Em um segundo momento, detivemo-nos na análise do texto objeto do artigo, que se pautou na seguinte indagação: como contribuem e funcionam os elementos verbais e visuais para produção e direcionamento de sentidos na videomontagem? Nossa hipótese é a de que os discursos carregados pela montagem criam uma trilha ideológica de sentido que leva os interlocutores a interpretar a então candidata como uma pessoa sem discurso, manipulável. Diante do exposto, tentaremos demonstrar a hipótese que sustentamos.
Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar dois percursos discursivos de sentido produzidos por meio de montagens verbo-visuais e charges acerca do ex-presidente, Michel Temer (2016-2018), representando-o pela temática de usurpador. Esses percursos nos mostram um conjunto temático-discursivo de sentidos que oscilam entre Temer, um usurpador golpista e um usurpador autoritário. Nesse aspecto, nosso trabalho se projeta nos pressupostos da Análise do Discurso de matriz francesa e, mais especificamente, na noção-conceito de Derrisão (BONNAFOUS, 2003; MERCIER, 2001; BARONAS, 2005, 2008), com base na qual buscamos maneiras de compreender e refletir sobre como essa forma de discurso humorístico de desvalorização e satirização mais agressiva produz embates discursivos com o outro discursivo, sobretudo na esfera da comunicação política. Portanto, responder a essa questão teórica e analiticamente faz parte dos esforços deste texto.
Neste texto, buscamos apresentar de maneira não exaustiva o percurso teórico-metodológico do discursivista francês Dominique Maingueneau acerca de uma análise de discurso de base enunciativa. Dividimos a nossa intervenção em dois momentos. No primeiro, apresentamos muito rapidamente o que seriam as cinco ideias-força desenvolvidas por Maingueneau ao longo de seu percurso acadêmico, a saber 1) Semântica Global; 2) Cenas da Enunciação; 3) Discursos Constituintes: o discurso literário; 4) Enunciação Aforizante e 5) A Filosofia como instituição discursiva. No segundo momento, buscamos mostrar como essa última ideia-força, ainda em desenvolvimento por Maingueneau pode iluminar outras pesquisas no campo do discurso brasileiro, sobretudo no âmbito da linguística brasílica. Ilustra essa possibilidade uma proposta de trabalho discursivo sobre os escritos do linguista brasileiro Mattoso Câmara Jr.
O objetivo deste texto é fazer uma análise teórico-comparativa entre estereótipos de mulher contidos em dois discursos diferentes: 1) a reportagem produzida pela revista Veja acerca de Marcela Temer, em abril de 2016; 2) o pronunciamento de Michel Temer na ocasião do Dia Internacional da Mulher, em março de 2017. Buscamos compreender efeitos de sentido ideológicos que aliam e complementam esses discursos. Partimos do arcabouço teórico da análise do discurso de matriz francesa, relacionando duas noções-conceito – a de pré-construído e a articulação de discursos transversos – aos estereótipos mobilizados, a fim de refletir como os dois discursos, dados em tempos distintos, formam essa correlação discursiva.
