O entendimento da variabilidade dos atributos químicos do solo é fundamental para verificar a alteração de rendimento e aprimorar o manejo em áreas de cultivos agrícolas. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a produtividade da soja através da elaboração de mapa de produtividade e a correlação entre a variabilidade dos atributos químicos do solo e o Índice de Vegetação da Diferença Normalizada (NDVI) na cultura da soja. A área experimental localiza-se no município de Douradina-MS. Através do aplicativo para iOS – Sirrus realizou a demarcação da área de 45,32 ha, com uma grade amostral de 1 ponto a cada 3 hectares, num total de 16 pontos amostrais. Foi realizada a coleta do solo na camada de 0-20 cm de profundidade, onde foram analisados os teores de Cálcio, Fósforo, Potássio, Magnésio, Capacidade de Troca de Cátions, Acidez Potencial, Potencial Hidrogeniônico, Saturação por Bases e Matéria Orgânica. Quando a cultura atingiu o ponto de colheita, foram colhidas 2 linhas de 1,5 m de amostras de soja, para determinar a umidade dos grãos colhidos e a produtividade da cultura e, posteriormente a umidade dos grãos foi corrigida a 13%. Os dados foram submetidos a estatística descritiva, geoestatística, e correlação de Pearson. Todos os atributos químicos e produtividade da soja apresentaram forte dependência espacial, entretanto o Fósforo e a Capacidade de Troca de Cátions mostraram dependência espacial moderada. O pH e a produtividade obtiveram correlação negativa e apenas o Magnésio teve correlação positiva e significativa com o NDVI.
