Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan yang banyak di masyarakat dan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Prevalensi hipertensi cukup tinggi dengan peningkatan sebanyak 8,3% antara tahun 2013-2018. Di Jakarta, hipertensi berada pada urutan ke-9 terbanyak. Hipertensi dapat dipicu oleh gaya hidup yang kurang baik, seperti kurangnya asupan sayur dan buah, sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam pendekatan diet untuk terapi hipertensi (The Dietary Approaches to Stopping Hypertension/ DASH). Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecukupan asupan sayur dan buah terhadap tekanan darah pasien usia produktif di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres. Studi ini bersifat analitik dengan desain cross-sectional dengan pengumpulan data asupan sayur dan buah melalui wawancara menggunakan semiquantitative food frequency questionnaire (SFFQ) dan pengukuran tekanan darah secara manual. Sampel direkrut secara consecutive non-random sampling, dan analisa data berdasarkan metode Independent Sample T-Test. Dari 53 responden, sebanyak 25 (47.2%) responden hipertensi, dan 32 (60.4%) responden yang kurang mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur. Tidak didapatkan hubungan bermakna antara angka kecukupan asupan sayur dan buah dengan tekanan sistolik (p= 0.962) maupun tekanan diastolik (p=0,996) pada responden. Dapat disimpulkan, tidak ada hubungan kecukupan asupan sayur dan buah terhadap tekanan darah dan diastolik pasien usia produktif di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres.
