n Les situations de travail formatives, un renouveau de l'adéquationnisme dans l'enseignement technique au Cameroun Cette étude analyse l'ingénierie des situations de travail formatives dans l'enseignement technique et professionnel au Cameroun. Elle se concentre sur les di cultés enseignantes en termes de constructions adéquationnistes autour de ces procédés pédagogiques. Dans le sillage des problématiques liées à l'approche par compétences (APC), cette étude appréhende les situations de travail formatives non pas comme une simple activité éducative ou d'apprentissage, mais comme une activité d'intermédiation entre la formation et l'emploi. Autrement dit, comme un micro-dispositif de l'adéquationnisme.
Cette étude analyse l’activité tutorale dans un contexte marqué par des contradictions de réalisation du stage. À partir d’une méthodologie qualitative basée sur les entretiens de groupes avec dix tuteurs, ainsi qu’un cadre théorique en rapport avec les effets de contextes, l’article ouvre des voies de recherche dans la compréhension des négociations qui se tissent au cœur de l’activité tutorale par-delà l’accompagnement singulier mis en place par les tuteurs.
