The problem faced by Indonesia at this time is the lack of information related to supply and demand related to the productivity component, so it needs a study to formulate an index of construction productivity in Indonesia. The analysis of the determination of the productivity component is carried out by the desk study approach with the standard of construction productivity calculation, the standard for construction work financing, and mapping analysis approach based on project technical document data from 3 Unor, namely Water Resources, Highways, and Cipta Karya. The mapping analysis results obtained that the Workforce Component consists of Experts, Skilled Workers, and Non-Skilled Workers, Work Equipment Components include heavy equipment and light equipment and Construction Material Components. Experts for Unor Water Resources consist of Water Resources Experts, Quality Management System, and K3 Construction, Unor Bina Marga, namely Road Engineering, Bridge Engineering, Quality Management System and OHS Construction. Unor Cipta Karya’s experts consist of Environmental and Sanitation Engineering, Environmental Sanitation, Project Management, and Construction Management Experts. Skilled Workers from 3 Unor, namely Supervisors, Measurers, Land Mapping, Road Implementers/Irrigation, and K3 Officers. Non-skilled personnel consist of administrative and financial staff.
Productivity is one of the fundamental factors affecting competitiveness in the construction industry. Construction and productivity are two things that are interrelated. This study aims to identify the factors and model relationship these factors that affect labor productivity using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in road construction projects in Indonesia as seen from each side area I, II, and III, respectively. The results obtained the factors that influence labor productivity in road construction projects in Indonesia, namely field conditions, time, financial factors, and internal labor. The study's findings indicate that internal labor is one of the elements influencing labor productivity in Indonesian construction projects, particularly road maintenance work. Labor productivity research in Indonesia is conducted by comparing planned and realized labor productivity calculations, which are conducted by collecting project data and making firsthand observations of work in the field. Labor productivity is measured using characteristics other than the variables used in the research, as well as a larger population and sample coverage. The findings of this study can be utilized as input for government agencies in determining the ability of specialists to carry out work in the field connected to the preservation of non-structural flood handling roads on Indonesian territory. This study aims to obtain a process flow model of an organizational function that functions effectively in increasing the accuracy of project cost estimates at the auction stage by including implementation elements from a combination of 2 BIM and ERP systems in it. The location of the research was carried out in a state-owned contractor company, namely PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). This state-owned company has used ERP and BIM in its business processes. The methodology used in this study is a questionnaire-based primary data research where data relating to the development of process flow involving BIM and ERP elements in it have been collected from the Estimating department unit in the company PT. Nindya Karya. The questionnaire was developed to evaluate the importance of implementing BIM and ERP in improving the accuracy of cost estimation identified through responses obtained from the respondents to the questionnaire survey. The research data are then processed using Flow chart analysis techniques. The results of the study obtained that the process flow model of the estimating department of PT. Nindya Karya has currently implemented BIM in the tender calculation process, but has not involved ERP elements. The final result of drawing conclusions in this study is in the form of a workflow flowchart or process flow from the estimating department which in the process involves 2 BIM and ERP systems.
