The weakness of the role and existence of the Kindergarten 'Aisyiyah Bustanul RA as a basic institution of Islam that introduces and teaches the teachings of Islam for young children, due lack of fully professional management and generally have not been accredited. This will result in a weak child education and religious life, and reduced public confidence religious education and religious value internalization of very influential in self-learners. Overcoming this will require in-depth search of the problems, needs, and characteristics of each such institution as well as the solution that TK ABA Padang can be accredited well, achieving quality and good quality is legally recognized. Delivering solutions, especially in the charging instrument towards accreditation with Stakeholders who are competent in their field. Conducted through observation and transect walks/visits, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and formulate the problem of institutions. How to create quality improvement through management training institutions charging instrument preparation TK ABA Padang to accreditation? In this case the necessary action; mapping problems and needs, determine priorities for action management training, identifying potential, setting the whole manager TK ABA became a trainee, set the program, the type of exercise that comes from the manager TK ABA. The goal, the manager of TK ABA is expected to be able to prepare and carry out accreditation.
Students must realize competence according to the chosen majors and study programs. The Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, one of the students’ choices for continuing education, also has a mission to become a faculty that fosters students to become prospective professional educators. The reality that occurs is inversely proportional to the mission, and there are still Islamic education students as Islamic education preservice teachers who cannot read the Qur’an properly, while the Qur’an is the primary source in teaching Islam to students if they will become teachers in the future. This study aimed to critically analyze the strategies and policies implemented in conducting Quranic reading and writing learning at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This study used a qualitative approach, and data were collected using interviews, observations, and study documentation. Based on the results of the study, Quranic reading and writing skills learning starts from mapping the abilities of all students, but the follow-up of mapping is not realized in continuous learning. However, the intracurricular and extracurricular activities carried out can improve students’ Quranic reading and writing competencies.
Early childhood is an age of children whose learning tendencies rely on games, therefore this study aims to describe the IcanDO platform for early childhood in learning Arabic. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, the data sources were early childhood teachers. Data collected by observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The result of the research is that IcanDO as a learning platform is interesting for early childhood, with this platform they can play to learn Arabic. In accordance with the data, it was found that the IcanDO platform used can stimulate early childhood learning, stronger memory, personalized learning can be implemented, children's thinking skills can be trained and children's multilingual abilities are also growing. Researchers recommend that the use of various platforms that support the implementation of education in difficult conditions continue to be developed. The limitation of this research is that IcanDO and its effectiveness have not been studied comprehensively, therefore the aspects that have not been touched in this research can be the work of future researchers.
