Revisar na literatura acerca das relações existentes da Síndrome de Burnout (SB) em estudantes de Medicina. Método: Foi realizada uma revisão narrativa de literatura. As bases de dados bibliográficos utilizadas foram PubMed, SciELO e LILACS. Os seguintes descritores foram usados na pesquisa: "Burnout syndrome", "Medical students", "Causes".
