Scientific production in the psychoanalytic context (2002-2009) AbstractThis paper analyzes the scientific production in the psychoanalytic context published in 229 articles (2002 to 2009) from six scientific indexed periodicals. The analysis was carried out according to some metascientific criteria such as: authorship, thematic, discourse, and exam of the different types of resources. Results evinced not only a greater concentration of publications regarding psychoanalysis in certain journals, but also an increase of these types of studies recently. It was also found that most of the authors were females and the psychoanalysis were used both in a variety of contexts and with diverse purposes. It was concluded that the divulged production in the period reveals the matureness of the area, but points out some aspects that might be explored in future publications. It is recommended that similar studies be conducted in order to better monitor the expanding area in Brazil.
UNIVERSITY DISCOURSE AND THE FUNCTION OF SUPERVISED STAGE IN CLINIC-SCHOOL: CONTRIBUTIONS FROM PSYCHOANALYSIS AbstractThe transmission of Psychoanalysis at the university is questionable because there is a tension between the rules that governs the university discourse and analytic discourse. The article intends to point out some limits and possibilities of working with Psychoanalysis at the university. Initially features two discourses based on Lacanian theory. Following, it investigates the valuation model used in universities as a contemporary version of university discourse. In this model, the issues of subjectivity are silenced in favor of valuing quantity of knowledge. Finally, the article elects supervised stage as a privileged moment of the transmission of Psychoanalysis at the university. Despite the difficulties, we conclude that clinical experience acquired at clinical-school has a positive function because it requires that the intern be responsible for his/her practice.
Abstract:The knowledge of the elementary phenomena is a valuable tool for diagnosis and treatment of psychosis. Lacan reexamines this psychiatric notion based on Benveniste`s and Jakobson`s studies on the shifters. As will be shown, the result of this dialogue was the formulation of the enigmatic experience on psychosis, where appears the unique possibility of an enunciation without enunciator. Despite exceeding the limits of what is acceptable as valid by linguistics, the consequence of Lacan's research is situate in a definitive way the causality of psychosis in the field of language, and not in the biological register. In addition, understanding the two logical times of the enigmatic experience allows to isolate a principle from which is deduced a reorganization of the elementary phenomena into 2 types: xenopathic and self-reference.
