RESuMoobjetivo: Analisar as evidências científicas sobre a influência do grupo familiar na sintomatologia da anorexia nervosa (AN). Métodos: Revisão sistemática da literatura no período de 2000 a 2012, utilizando as bases PubMed, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Lilacs e os descritores: "transtornos da alimentação", "relações familiares", "relação entre gerações" e "relação mãe-filho". Resultados: Com base nos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram selecionadas e analisadas 20 publicações na íntegra. A maior parte dessas publicações focaliza mulheres diagnosticadas com transtornos alimentares (TA) ou com comportamento alimentar de risco, tem delineamento quantitativo e utiliza escalas padronizadas para coleta de dados. Predominou o Nível de Evidência 4, que corresponde a estudos de desenho não experimental, como pesquisa descritiva correlacional e qualitativa, ou estudos de caso. As evidências encontradas indicam que os relacionamentos familiares exercem impacto significativo tanto no desenvolvimento como na manutenção de sintomas de TA. Padrões relacionados à alimentação e ao alimento são transmitidos entre as gerações, bem como aspectos não elaborados do funcionamento psíquico materno. Conclusões: Os estudos sugerem a necessidade de ampliar o foco da atenção para incluir os familiares no tratamento, bem como incorporar os achados de transmissão psíquica intergeracional como subsídios norteadores do planejamento e qualificação do cuidado oferecido nos TA. aBStRaCt objective: To analyze scientific evidence about the influence of the family group on anorexia nervosa (AN) symptoms. RESUMO. Pesquisas indicam que a caracterização da clientela de clínicas-escola de Psicologia fornece elementos para o aprimoramento dos serviços oferecidos. O presente estudo propõe-se a traçar o perfil sociodemográfico e clínico dos usuários do Programa de Pronto-Atendimento Psicológico ao Aluno da UNESP/Assis. Os dados indicam que a maioria dos usuários era ingressante na universidade, oriunda do curso de Psicologia, com idade entre 19 e 22 anos, do gênero feminino, não exercia atividade profissional remunerada, apresentava "dificuldades psicológicas moderadas" e foi encaminhada para psicoterapia. Tal caracterização subsidiou a implementação de mudanças nos serviços já existentes e a criação de novas modalidades de atendimento. RESUMO:O presente estudo foi desenvolvido com o intuito de avaliar a imagem corporal de portadoras de anorexia nervosa. Optou-se por utilizar como instrumento o Desenho da Figura Humana (DFH) por se tratar de uma técnica projetiva gráfica que possibilita a investigação dos processos psicológicos profundos e, conseqüentemente, remete à representação mental que o sujeito possui de si mesmo. Foram avaliadas 10 mulheres anoréxicas vinculadas ao Grupo de Assistência em Transtornos Alimentares (GRATA) do HC-FMRP-USP. O material coligido foi avaliado em conformidade com os procedimentos descritos pela literatura científica especializada. Os resultados obtidos indicam que parte das mulheres avaliadas apresenta uma imagem corporal negativa, permeada claramente por sentimentos de inferioridade, inadequação e insegurança. Em contrapartida, algumas das participantes do presente estudo projetaram nos desenhos uma imagem corporal idealizada, influenciada diretamente por mecanismos de defesa compensató-rios. Tais resultados indicam que o DFH pode ser considerado uma técnica profícua para a avaliação da imagem corporal na anorexia nervosa, de modo que se destaca como uma valiosa alternativa aos instrumentos psicométricos usualmente empregados com essa finalidade.Descritores: Anorexia Nervosa. O presente estudo tem como objetivo descrever o Programa de Pronto-Atendimento Psicológico ao Aluno (PPAPA). Trata-se de um serviço de atendimento psicológico oferecido gratuitamente junto à clínica-escola da Faculdade de Ciências e Letras de Assis (UNESP) e voltado exclusivamente à comunidade discente interna. Apresentaremos ao longo do artigo uma breve caracterização do serviço, algumas considerações acerca das modalidades de atendimento e estratégias de intervenção empregadas e uma sucinta problematização do manejo de questões técnicas e éticas. Por fim, alinhavaremos algumas propostas para a reestruturação do serviço.
