Resumo: O artigo realiza uma análise dos projetos culturais contemporâneos, discutindo algumas interfaces entre as trajetórias de vida de atores e as condições institucionais que circunscrevem as políticas de cultura, tomando-as como um espaço de negociação. Analiticamente, o autor observa que os projetos são tangenciados por permanentes apelos à formação dos atores culturais, constituindo novos repertórios de ação.
RESUMO O tema do artigo são as formas de apropriação por adolescentes da experiência de ocupações de escolas no Rio Grande do Sul (RS) em maio e junho de 2016. Tem como objetivo compreender de que modo essa experiência se converteu em um processo de subjetivação política para tais adolescentes, com base em entrevistas semiestruturadas aplicadas a adolescentes que participaram dessas ocupações. Conclui-se que a experiência da ocupação permitiu processos de subjetivação política que promoveram a desidentificação em relação aos papéis sociais previamente formulados de estudante (aprendiz passivo) e adolescente (sem capacidade de pensar e agir politicamente).
RESUMO:O presente artigo visa abordar as novas confi gurações das polí-ticas culturais e algumas de suas implicações nas políticas e práticas educativas contemporâneas. No plano de uma análise sociológica, sobretudo ao considerar a hipótese do declínio da institucionalidade moderna da escola e reconhecer a ampliação e diversifi cação das políticas culturais, particularmente a partir da gestão Gilberto Gil, o autor pretende verifi car os agenciamentos formativos que perfazem as ações e políticas culturais brasileiras. Considera, ainda, que tais agenciamentos redefi nem as relações entre os atores e as instituições, tanto quanto são orientados por objetivos situados entre as expectativas de retorno social e de formação para a cidadania.Palavras-chave: Políticas culturais. Education, citizenship and formative agencies in brazilian cultural policiesABSTRACT: This article aims to address the new confi gurations of cultural policies and some of its implications for contemporary educational policies and practices. From a sociological analysis perspective, especially when considering the hypothesis of the decline of the modern institutionality of the school and recognizing the expansion and diversifi cation of cultural policies, particularly as from Gilberto Gil's administration as Minister of Culture, the author intends to investigate the formative agencies that make up the cultural actions and policies in Brazil. The article also considers that those agencies not only change the relationships between actors and institutions, but are guided by goals situated between the expectations of social return and citizenship training.
RESUMOO presente artigo objetiva compreender os sentidos atribuídos às políticas culturais brasileiras e seus empenhamentos pedagógicos, principalmente quanto à educação patrimonial. Por meio de uma análise sociológica, o autor aborda uma transição atinente às políticas e práticas de educação patrimonial, identificando um deslocamento em suas posições institucionais: de discursos monoidentitários, próprios do Nacionalismo Moderno, a processos políticos de reconhecimento e democratização cultural.Palavras-chave: educação patrimonial; políticas culturais; identidade; reconhecimento. ABSTRACTThis paper aims at understanding meanings for Brazilian cultural policies and their pedagogical endeavour particularly as for culture heritage education. By means of a sociological analysis, the author addresses the transition on heritage policies and practices, identifying displacement in their institutional positions: from mono-identity discourses typical of the modern nationalism to political processes of cultural recognition and democratisation.
ResumoVisa compreender a emergência e a operatividade de políticas formativas de natureza sociocultural cujo objetivo parece situar-se na dinamização de novos ordenamentos sociais, econômicos e políticos, mas, concomitantemente, associados a ações centradas na formação dos atores sociais. Tomou-se o Programa Cultura Viva, do Ministério da Cultura, como experiência analítica privilegiada, a partir de duas estratégias metodológicas: a revisão de seus pressupostos políticos e o acompanhamento desta política em um município brasileiro. Por fim, interpretou-se que estas ações são orientadas por um desejo pedagógico de mobilizar experiências de educação patrimonial, onde a cultura local torna-se conteúdo e prática escolar, ao mesmo tempo que se visibilizou a circulação de pedagogias voltadas à reconstrução de narrativas de sentido social e ao reconhecimento político das produções identitárias locais.Palavras-chave: políticas culturais; formação cultural; identidade; educação patrimonial. 250 Rodrigo Manoel Dias da Silva R. bras. Abstract Brazilian sociocultural politics and the formative interests of the Programa Cultura VivaThe present article aims at to understand the emergency and the operativity of formative politics of cultural nature whose objective seems to place it self enters the dynamic of new social, economic orders and politics, but, concomitantly, associates the action centered in the formation of the social actors. The Programa Cultura Viva, of the Ministry of the Culture, as privileged analytical experience, from two methodological strategies: the revision of its politicial assumptions and the accompaniment of this politics in a Brazilian city. Finally, it was interpreted that these actions are guided by a pedagogical desire to mobilize experiences of heritage education, where the local culture becomes content and practical pertaining to school, at the same time where it was showed circulation of pedagogies come back to the reconstruction of narratives of social direction and to the recognition of the local identities productions.
