Resumo O artigo examina trechos do episódio final da nona temporada do reality show norte-americano RuPaul's Drag Race. Com a intenção de refletir sobre os processos interacionais e as tensões que se estabelecem com as lógicas midiáticas de funcionamento do programa, examinam-se marcas de operações comunicacionais e de efeitos pretendidos pelas performances das competidoras em relação aos demais participantes desse episódio de interação. A análise de Verón (2003) sobre o último debate presidencial brasileiro de 2002 é adotada como orientação metodológica e interpretativa para a exploração do material.
Discute-se neste artigo a criação de um imaginário ancorado em um conjunto de práticas sociais, especialmente de apropriações do meio. Mais especificamente, o trabalho se propõe a refletir sobre um conjunto de usos, apropriações e códigos constatados no campo de observação, tendo em vista que o objeto empírico trata-se de um grupo no Facebook, o LDRV. Como subsídio teórico acionamos autores que discutem questões da midiatização e, através das análises, percebe-se que os modos de significação e de acionamento de elementos do imaginário do grupo em questão, estão intrinsecamente ligados as lógicas de midiatização.
Neste artigo propõe-se uma reflexão sobre a noção de identidades culturais, cidadania e o seu imbricamento com processos midiáticos. A reflexão sobre estes conceitos tão universais abre caminhos para que a pesquisa pense, reflita e procure entender os sujeitos comunicantes em suas particularidades e contextos. Neste sentido, o trabalho realiza um sobrevoo conceitual buscando um diálogo entre os autores e questões reflexivas sobre diversos olhares imbricados nos conceitos de identidade, cultura e cidadania.Palavras-chave: Identidades. Vídeos de reaction segundo Anderson (2011) circulam pela internet desde o ano 2007, e estão sendo crescentemente disseminados na plataforma YouTube. A própria palavra já define como podem ser entendidos esses vídeos: são uma espécie de gravação onde alguém “reage” a um outro vídeo. O que instigou a observar este tipo de vídeo é o fato de que as pessoas tentam recriar e/ou criar a possibilidade de reproduzir inúmeras vezes a primeira vez que se assistiu a determinado vídeo, tentando apreender nestas imagens uma reação “autêntica” sobre alguma coisa, e também o fato de tentar perceber que imagem é essa que emerge desta dupla observação: um olhante que observa uma imagem de alguém assistindo um vídeo. Perceber as audiovisualidades nestas relações que se criam pode ser um caminho para desnaturalizar essas conexões que são estabelecidas.Palavras-chave:Audiovisualidades. Vídeos. YouTube. Reaction.
