Stunting merupakan manifestasi kegagalan pertumbuhan (growth faltering) yang dimulai sejak dalam kandungan hingga anak berusia dua tahun. Kasus stunting di provinsi Jawa Barat sendiri dari hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar pada tahun 2015 mencapai 31.4% dari anak usia 0-2 tahun. Tingginya kasus stunting ini berdampak pada munculnya gangguan pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak akibat kekurangan gizi yang kronis (Bastiandy, 2018). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan yang studi kasus, dimana pada penelitian ini mengkaji kasus bayi dengan stunting secara ekploratif, Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang mengalami stunting Hasil penelitian adalah gambaran penegakkan diagnosa pada bayi stunting di Desa Singaparna Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Singaparna yaitu dilihat pada Subjek 1 nilai Z-skor yaitu -2,19 SD, sedangkan pada Subjek 2 dari hasil perhitungan koreksi usia termasuk pada perawakan normal (tidak stunting). Faktor pranatal pada bayi stunting pada Subjek 1 disebabkan oleh ibu mengalami anemia ringan (Hb : 9,8 gr/dL). Faktor pascanatal pada bayi stunting pada Subjek 1 dapat disebabkan karena tidak diberikan ASI eksklusif dan pemberian imunisasi dasar tidak lengkap. Komplikasi pada bayi stunting pada Subjek 1 mengalami gangguan pada motorik kasar. Penanganan pada bayi stunting belum dilakukan secara optimal. Sebaiknya ibu memberikan asupan nutrisi pada bayi melalui pemberian ASI ekslusif dan MP ASI, memberikan imunisasi secara lengkap, Vit. A, Zink, obat cacing untuk penanganan bayi stunting. Ibu yang memiliki bayi disarankan dapat menstimulasi secara penuh untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus, kasar, sosial dan bahasa pada bayi stunting
