e-Rapor merupakan aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan SMK sebagai bagian dari hasil representasi evaluasi terhadap proses pendidikan yang diterapkan melalui proses perencanaan, penilaian, dan pelaporan hasil evaluasi belajar peserta didik pada satuan pendidikan. Dari hasil observasi awal terhadap penggunaan aplikasi, masih terdapat kendala yang dialami pada saat proses penginputan perencanaan pengetahuan, perencanaan keterampilan, penilaian pengetahuan dan penilaian keterampilan peserta didik. Seringkali juga pengguna meminta bantuan operator dalam melakukan proses-proses tersebut sehingga ini akan berpengaruh terhadap lamanya waktu pembuatan laporan akhir hasil belajar untuk di sampaikan kepada peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengukuran usability aplikasi e-Rapor menggunakan metode Usability Testing dan SUS untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif dan efisien pengimplementasian aplikasi e-Rapor di SMKN 1 Suwawa serta megetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi e-Rapor dalam proses pengelolaan laporan akhir hasil belajar peserta didik di SMKN 1 Suwawa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dimana data kuantitatif didapatkan melalui pengujian dengan teknik Performance Maesurement untuk mengukur seberapa efektif dan efisien penggunaan aplikasi serta penyebaran kuisioner SUS untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dari hasil pengujian dengan teknik Retrospective Think Aload dan wawancara untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dialami saat pengujian sehingga dapat menjadi tolak ukur untuk pemberian rekomendasi perbaikan. Dari hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan aplikasi e-Rapor sudah memiliki tingkat efektifitas yang baik serta efisien dalam penggunaannya. Selain itu, pengguna juga sudah merasa puas terhadap penggunaan aplikasi dalam membantu proses pengelolaan laporan akhir hasil belajar peserta didik di SMKN 1 Suwawa.
